Another time, Manisha organised a last-minute surprise party for her brother. She had made sure there were decorations, music, food, and most importantly, drinks. Manisha were happy with what she had managed to do in the time available, but her mood significantly worsened when Abhishek jokingly said she could have put in a little more effort. He was smiling when he said it, but it felt like he was making fun of her; of the amount of effort she had put in to make sure everything was organized as perfectly as possible. Despite his intention to tease, it didn't feel that way to her.

The comment that her believe triggered her best revenge was on ashikas birthday. She celebrated her birthday at akshu’s apartment, and of course, Manisha’d come to visit and celebrate with her. A few months before her birthday she’d shown her a top she really liked when she was online shopping, but the colour wasn’t right. So, for her birthday, Manisha decided to crochet the top in her favourite colour. It was a bold choice because she didn’t have much experience crocheting, nevertheless, she tried. If she didn’t like it, you would just buy it from the store after all, or get her something else. Manisha thought it looked pretty good, especially for her first try. Regardless, there were some mistakes and uneven shapes.

Ashika was completely surprised and elated with the present, especially when Manisha told her she made it herself. She knew how much time and effort it probably cost her to make it, but Abhishek didn't consider that when he commented on the piece.

“You made it yourself? Maybe you should practice a little more, huh?” He said, laughing, before handing it back to ashika.

Manisha felt the smile drop from her face at the hurtful remark, but Abhishek was oblivious to the fact he hurt her feelings. Akshu turned to Abhishek in shock, while ashika assured her that she loved the top, and couldn’t wait to wear it. Manisha plastered a smile on her face, but it was obvious (to anyone but Abhishek) that it was fake. That night, after drinking her feelings away, you tore the seams in Abhishek’s clothes. Not every single one, but enough so it would fall apart after too much exertion; the punishment should fit the crime.

The anticipatory pleasure at the thought of Abhishek’s clothes tearing at an inconvenient moment was enough to satisfy her. When she heard about what happened a few days later from akshu, you could barely keep your laugh back.

More recently, Manisha had gone clubbing with her brother and his friends. It was an unusual event because her brother didn’t want to see her flirting or dancing with random boys in the club, but this time it was different. He knew she’d been stressed from college, and he’d rather Manisha let loose when he’s there than when he’s not there to keep an eye on her.

Manisha was dancing with her brother and his friends when a cute boy came up to her, asking if he could buy her a drink. She said yes, of course. She would never refuse a free drink, especially in good, handsome, company, and she wanted to get over your small crush on Abhishek. She don’t know why or how, but he always seemed ten times hotter at the club, and she needed to get away from him. The longer she stayed near him, the more his pretty face and well-dressed body seemed to distract her from his unattractive personality, and that couldn’t happen.

Manisha followed the man to the bar and ordered a drink as he flirted with her. His attention was completely focused on Manisha, but she kept getting distracted by the feeling of eyes on her back. It wasn’t until she were dancing in the middle of the large crowd that the feeling faded. She felt free without the supervision of her brother, and without Abhishek to distract her.

The man pulled her back closer to him, and she let him. Manisha swayed from side to side with her arms in the air while he kissed his way down her neck. It didn’t feel right, but that didn’t matter; it was good enough. She liked the feeling of his lips on her neck and felt herself get lost in the moment until suddenly there was a tug on her arm.

Manisha eyes opened in shock as she felt herself get pulled away. The man she were dancing with didn’t seem to mind much and moved on with another girl standing nearby as she stared at Abhishek confused and disoriented.

Manu:-“What do you think you’re doing?” she asked him as she struggled to pull her arm from his firm grip.

Abhi:- “I’m taking you back to the group, you need to be more careful,” he explained.

Mani:-scoffed, “What? I was perfectly safe! Let me go!”

Abhi:-“Were you? He seemed untrustworthy,” Abhishek continued as he pulled you through the club.

Manisha:-“I was just having fun! God, you’re so annoying!” she say with a huff before walking back to her brother.

Abhishek watched her as she walked away. He didn't want her to dance with that man, or any man for that matter, even though he would never admit it. However, Manisha had misunderstood his intentions. To her it seemed like he was interrupting her fun, and it frustrated her to no end.

For days to come, she complained to her brother about what happened, insisting that it was none of Abhi's business and he should’ve left her alone. However, het brother grew tired of her complaints really quickly and couldn’t deal with her issues anymore. She's ongoing dispute with a Abhishek had dragged on for too long and it needed to be resolved, soon, before he went insane. During her next fight, akshu would force the two of them to repair their relationship, whether Manisha wanted to or not, because he simply couldn’t take it any longer.
It didn’t take long until Manisha next fight. She were looking at pictures of Abhishek and akshu on Instagram from when they went golfing a few days back when she spotted something. In one of the pictures, Abhishek was taking a photo with a camera, a camera which he had seemingly ‘borrowed’ from Manisha without her knowledge.

The second she saw him enter her parents’ house, she targeted him.

Mani:- “You stole my camera?”

Abhi:- “Hello to you, too, Manisha,” he responded with a grin.

Mani rolled her eyes.

Mani:-“Where is it, Abhishek,” she continued, stepping closer to him.

Abhi:- “I gave it to akshu. He was supposed to give it back. He hasn’t yet?”

Mani:-“No, he hasn’t. And you shouldn’t have taken it in the first place.”

Hee gaze shifted to akshu, who walked in behind Abhishek.

Mani:-“Where is it, akshu?”

Akshu:- “In my room somewhere, I think.”

Mani:- “Can you go grab it? Please?”

The words she said were much kinder than the way she said them. Akshu sighed before walking up the stairs to his room, Manisha and Abhishek in tow. He looked around the room, getting on his knees to look under the bed.
