they drove into the city centre. autumn only lived 10 minutes from the city, so it was perfect for whenever she needed a quick trip for shopping. or if she wanted to get drunk.

they had hired out this bar for the whole night. it had a dance floor, DJ and most importantly lots and lots of booze. it was the perfect venue for a party. even if it was a work one. at around 6:45 they had arrived. it was already busy. staff from both reeces and marjories nursery was there. some of them nice, some of them not. from autumns nursery, char, marjorie and reece were already there. they were the first overall. unfortunately for marge, she had to set it up. not the greatest thing to do with a hangover!

the bar was very modern, yet still had a cozy feeling to it. a large LED sign greeted them. it read 'the cobblers inn'. the walls were blanketed in bottles of all types of alcohol. from vodka to beer, everything you could want was here. it was autumns paradise. 

there was one things she loved just as much as winter. alcohol. it is something that has always been a coping method for her. from a really young age she took to alcohol. it is something she could rely on. if she was suffering alone, or her father caused the suffering, she would drink to help cope. even as young as 13, she believed it was better to drown her sorrows with wine than to talk about it.

"hey marjorie, you okay?" autumn smirked.

"yep. somehow within 5 hours i have sobered up and decorated the whole bar. not too shabby, aye" marge smirked.

the room, to be kind to marjorie, looked really good. she had added a projector, shots station, dares for everyone to do, and a  most importantly a dance floor.  this party was going to be absolutely amazing. as they do at each staff party, of course there was going to be karaoke and just dance....  

by 7:30pm everyone had arrived. the party was full flow. marjories nursery staff were loving it, half of them were already 3 glasses of wine in. reeces staff were quite the opposite. they were all in a corner just dirty looking everyone. they were definitely the most judgemental of the two nurseries. but also, the most disliked according to all the parents and kids. 

everyone from marges nursery was there. charlotte, sorscha, jodie, mia, carly and obviously reece, marjorie, winter and autumn. mia and charlotte were on the dance floor. sorscha was sat at a table with clodagh, with a guiness in hand. jodie was trying to make friends with sister nursery staff. finally, marjorie, reece, autumn, winter and carly sat at the bar. they all had a glass of red wine, other than carly. reece bought her a fruit shoot, much to carlys disappointment.

"marjorie, love, the party is going great. well done my darling." reece said.

"thank you sweetheart." marjorie said, leaning over to kiss reece.

"ewwww, brother that is disgusting." autumn retched.

10:00PM:

at this point, everyone other than carly and clodagh was drunk. charlotte, out of all the adults, was the least drunk. she wanted to be there in case anything bad happened. if everyone was bladdered, and someone got hurt, then charlotte could help. 

"guys how about we do just dance !!" carly said.

saying that, everyone got up, even autumn. at that point she so drunk she was doing things she would never even think about doing sober. winter wasnt incredibly drunk. he was trying to sober up incase he needed to take autumn home. 

winter was very considerate like that. he wanted aut to have a good time, so he was going to sacrifice himself having fun to protect autumn. even autumn was vulnerable when she was tipsy. she had great strength, but all self control was lost. winter was like her light in the darkness. he was the one who kept her in control. yet her showered her with constant love and affection.

the first up to dance was carly and reece doing 'timber'. this was not reeces choice, however he was politely forced by carly. marjorie was dying laughing, and autumn was filming. she could not wait to show her brother the video. well, if she remembered. the winter did a solo to rasputin. as if he had been practicing, winter got every single move correct. even the russian dancing! autumns jaw was on the floor. then somehow, reece dared autumn to do 'gangnam style'. unfortunately for autumn, she was far too drunk to not do the dare... both her and winter danced to gangnam style in front of every member of staff. 

then, mia danced to 'dance the night away'. charlottes jaw was on the floor the whole time. she was shell shocked. jodie, sorscha, carly and charlotte danced to 'whip, nae nae'. and finally, for the big finale, char, carly, marjorie and sorscha danced to 'baby one more time'.

for hours they all had fun. drinking, dancing and singing. they even got autumn to do a solo, and reece to do a duet with winter! the night was amazing. well, it was amazing until 12:00am. until something happened, someone happened. 

"hello everybody. seems you are having a fun time. hope you arent drinking too much mutton chops. oh and reece, dont you look a mess. still a disappointment. just like when you were a child." roger said.

ik guys this is really similar to the marjoreece book. however, dw becasue im going to add lots of new stuff. this party is going to be the reason of a lot of long term storylines....
