One of the cities is Alor Setar and its Kota Setar district. Originally a capital state of Kedah, Malaysia. Most can say, they got a proper government as what they used to be, being a government administrator city.
Those governments decided to reform the state as a fully independent nation as they lost almost everything they had and moved towards a fair democratic nation under the King's rule.
They first make sure their economy can function as most of their land is used for rice production. With access to the sea, they can make sure their food supplies are stabilized.

Minister of Kedah, Muhammad Sanusi announced the economy is under their government's control and slowly stabilized it, they almost announced Industry reform as they said,
'We need to rely on ourselves as we have no ally.'
The Rice State was also in preparation for mobilization of what was left of the armed force, with enough supply from the local reserved camp and air force. This is to ensure the state's safety.

Kedah may go back to the track but they face another problem, The Energy. It turns out their surrounding areas don't have a power plant; near the solar power plant nearby, Langgar only provides 12,454 megawatts and can only support 500,000 housing units. It's impossible to provide it to 475,947 people.
The Government is quickly planning to stop this major problem with a few phases. Phase 1 includes powering all important buildings like hospitals, water systems, sewer, and law enforcement buildings all over
Meanwhile, a Member of the Kedah State Executive Council, Dzowahir Ab Ghani, who is in charge of Agriculture, Plantation, and Transport, is now focusing on increasing rice production and fixing major roads, which are mostly damaged because of the 'isekai' thing.
On the other side, The Current Royal Army reformed from the Reserved Army, now exploring the unknown land to Kedahan. With a lease from civilian fishing boats, they can move faster via water, and then they see something moving in the sky. Then after more observations, it's discovered that it looks like a helicopter, which may look like a Bell UH-1 helicopter.
The army quickly retreated to Kuala Kedah Port after a full day patrolling their territorial sea. The armed forces can confirm their ally nearby and will send an air force to contact them as quickly as possible.
The Public Works Department slowly reconstructed the Expressway that used to connect North to South of Malaysia to support space for building a power plant.

The situation in the city was pure chaos; people were rushed to the supermarket to buy supplies but only to meet with their debit and credit cards unusable. The Internet is almost existable. People are trying to take their money out of the bank, but no more money is available in the bank.
Prices on stuff suddenly rise as 5 KG of rice can be as expensive as RM 45. The same goes for petroleum; it's a luxury for rich people. People switch to bikes to move around. Giving space for the frontline to use the resources.
Meanwhile, near the border of what is supposed to be the rest of Kedah. 6th Royal Malay Regiment guards it to make sure everything is not going in or out to preserve every living creature.
This is only beginning of those people.
