Navy Headquarter, Outskirts of Vivleon

Far away from Vivleon, the naval Headquarter stands there, base to a strong naval fleet in Kouleon and ruler of Northeast seas.
The Headquarter is in chaos as they are unable to contact the Imperial Army Headquarter in Vivleon. The rumour of OHU invasion quickly spread to all navy staff and officers, fearing for their life.
They were able to redeploy all military vessels as much as they could, with Vice Admiral Rickard as its commander. They also import better vessels from major power such as 1860s ironclads and armoured frigates.
The deployment of their strongest vessel, HMEV Vaniskis aka HMS Warrior in Earth, to show the enemies the mighty Kouleon Navy.
"Ah, no one can defend the mighty power of this armoured frigate... Vaniskis...", Vice Admiral Rickard says.
"So.... Nelson... How are other decommissioned and new commissioned vessels?", Vice Admiral Rickard askeds.
"Well, few dozens of decommissioned vessels that aged since the early founding era until a few years ago have been recommissioned, as well, few news vessels like frigates", Nelson also points to the new ship of the line.
"This is Koun of the ship of the line, powered by steam power.", as he pointed to the vessel.
The HMEV Koun, a ship of the line equal to the Napoleon ship of the line. A few more ships of the line also arrived, which most of them were built by foreign nations.
The Kouleon Imperial Navy now prepares in the next sea battle.
"Great.. so we got any messages from the Army and Zenido Corp?", Vice Admiral Rickard says.
"We are unable to contact the Army and Zenido Corp in preparation on their squadron.", Vice Admiral William Nelson says.
"Mhm... Where are those armies at.... Ugh... they're already a burden on the armed forces. How is the Navan Infantry?", VADM Rickard asked.
VADM William Nelson walks to the other rear of the vessel, he proudly looks at his men, training for his empire. "All seem fine, sir. A few dozen regiments are ready to serve the Emperor."
As Richard and Nelson walk down to the dork, the Elecpress operator sprints to them like its end of the world, "Sir! There you are... I have been looking for you like forever... Ah....", he says tiredly after running for a while.
"Ah... Sergeant Victor.... What happened...?! This better be good news...", VADM Richard says.
"Imperial Army..... It's destroyed.... Including the HQ....", Sergeant Victor says.
"All.... All of it....?", Richard asked, Richard can't believe he will hear this in him time.
Sergeant Victor is scared for his life, sending a chill down his spine, "Sir, yes, Sir.... All nearby army are disabled for the time being until the new capital receives news about this...."
"Well play... If that's what they want... Then we will respond.... Nelson tells all men to get ready....", VADM Richard says calmly even though he knows this is a bad idea but this is for the sake of the Empire and the Emperor.
"Yes... I will be back...", VADM Nelson says, he then proceeded to run towards naval infantry barracks.
The leftovers Imperial sailors and marine gather at the assembly square, with few thousands sailors and dozens of marine infantry regiments. They're ready to fight.
"Boys! The Imperial army in this region is no more.... Now we are on our own. So I swear to god that you won't mess this up...", VADM Richard says to him men. He sees the sky full of Zenido.
"Are you sure about this....? Most of our vessels are not steam powered engines...", VADM Nelson says.
VADM Richard's fearful confidence with his order, "Nothing tonscared, we only slow our steam vessels to be able to keep up with obsolete vessels."
All navy personnel go to their pplaces andprepare the vessel. HMEV Vaniskis's Steam Engine starts for the first time. With its power of 6,000 ihp, they are able to sail as fast as 30 km/h.
"Alright, now... Since I'm in charge... We will sail towards Vivleon to check on them as we are unable to contact them...", VADM Richard as he entered the captain room.
"Make sure all weaponry and engine is fine...", VADM Richard as he walks towards the steering wheel. He began to sail the ship.
The destination is Vivleon, which is only 40 KM from them. The convoy moves slowly to keep up with obsolete vessels.
As they reach Vivleon, they can't believe their eyes. The condition is worse than they thought.
"What.... No... Impossible... The Headquarter is destroyed....", VADM Richard is shocked, he slowly walks back but accidents fall to the ground.
He takes out his binoculars to see the Kouleon Flag lowered slowly but there is no sign of enemies. He then received a letter from Scout Zenido Corp that been flying through Vivleon.
He open the letter, "No sign of enemies. Only the rebel that successfully secure the city."
"Dammit, already.... Will this get worse....", he says.
Suddenly, their convoy was hit by Frigates, it's from Royal Bahrain Naval Forces. A few small vessels were hit by OTO Melara 76 mm.
As this is happening, few Amphibious warfare ship sail towards Vivleon. Carrying few regiments from various army and armoured vehicles.
"Dammit, what are you waiting for?! Counter-attack them back!", VADM Richard says as he run towards nearby cannon.
OHU Navy with only 2 Frigates, 2 Corvette and 5 Offshore Patrol Vessels in that area defend their men from Kouleon Navy that made up from few dozens vessels.
Despite being outnumbered, OHU able to destroy most of Kouleon navy.
CDRE Carlos seeing the the hardness of the hull decide to use OHU secret weapon, "Release the missile..."
The Harpoon SSM now prepare to fire at HMEV Koun. It obviously will destroy it. When Vice Admiral Rickard not realized. The missile was fired towards the Koun.
In a second, the mighty vessel of Kouleon Navy complete disable by the OHU Forces. As it cause critical damage to the vessel. It now sinks down the sea.
"Sir! We need to evacuate from this ship....", one of his sailor says.
"No... Thank you.... I will stay here... Die together upon this sinking beast.... I'm more willing to die here than facing the Emperor for such a defeat...", VADM Richard says as he standing look to the enemies vessels.
Kouleon Imperial Forces once the most prestigious military in the northeast side of New World. Now... It's only a history, a horrible history. The OHU already breach into Kouleon Territory and they will not stop until Kouleon surrenders.
