That's what Kingdom of Xadia's representatives, Lord Sir Athen see at the news. He is still new in OHU's territory yet he is not very surprised with their technology as there are other advanced civilizations outside the Noxial Continent that are almost or below OHU's technological level.

Representative of OHU, Vincent Gracia enter the his office, "Morning sir."
"Ah morning, you must be the 'human' that will meet me", says Lord Athen while drinks his coffee.
Gracia noticed his pretentiousness, "Yeah, Im. So i just want to discuss some simple questions about our surroundings."
Lord Athen replied, "Well", He took out a map of Noxial Continent, Both of our nations are located on the southwest of Great Yank Mountain, at the north there, quite a powerful nation... It's..."

He looked at the map worrying, "The Kouleon Empire. It is a big empire located north of the Noxial Continent, which is the Great Scallion Continent."
Gracia look at him notice how worry he is, "Is they really powerful?"
"Yes, they have estimated manpower of 500,000 personnel, it enough to invade any minor nations, like us. We, Xadia, was a major nation in Noxial Continent for hundreds of years until they, Kouleon rise out of nowhere. They equipped with weapon what they called, 'Musket'."
Gracia bit weird about his statement, "Huh... Any else...?"
Lord Athen then says, "yes, they also equipped with 'cannon' and they quite disciplined in combat"
Gracia suspected that nation are in 17th - early 19th century, "Mhm, alright... That enough information for us... Thanks you for your help" He stand up and walk to the door.
Lord Athen shout at him before says, "Wait! You forgot about the dragon"
Gracia shocked with his statement, "W-what dragon?"
Langgar's Border Guard Camp
It's a normal day to the Langgar's Border Guard with new supplies of weaponary arrived at the camp.
"Yawn... Ah morning, sir!" As he walk to Lt. Akmal.
"Hey, soldier. Look at those new weaponary we received" Lt. Akmal Says.
The soldiers look at a few trucks full of weaponry equipment, "Huh, those look old for our standard... Is it?"
Lieutenant says, "Well.. it is... But the OHU's Research Recovery, still try their best to reverse engineer all weapon with resources available. It's lucky that someone is crazy enough to archive the whole Wikipedia but at least, it helps us reinvent our technologies."
"Oh, look at those artillery... It is quite small" Said the soldier as he approaching the supply trucks
"It is, i think it is based on the French's 75 mm field artillery from 1897 and those machines guns based on MG42, because of how cheap and it easily to produce by our industry, our military may slowly be based on World War 2 technologies." Lt. Akmal says as he lifts the MG42 based gun, SMR-24.
Suddenly, the air-raid siren was off.
"Ah, what?!" Lt. Akmal says.
"Sir! We detected something fly towards us! It look like dragon!" One of soldiers says.
Lt. Akmal uses his binocular and checks any possible creatures such as dragon nearby, to his horror, it's fly toward them and there possibly of someone to ride it. "That's it! Everyone go to your Anti-Air Defence Position! We going to get rid of them... Damn... Never thought I would meet such as a legends creature..."
As the dragons fly down toward the camp, the military already open fire with their new Anti-air weapons. At the same time, Lt. Akmal rush to communication room and connect the HQ.
"This is Langgar's Border Guard Camp, we been attacked by a dragons, i repeat a dragons. This is not a joke! We need reinforcement immediately!"
The defender fires their anti-air for minutes, some of them even overheat after a while, the bullet defeat the beasts. Patrol corp rush to the location where those dragon fell.
They find the corpse of a dragon along with a knight assume it is their 'pilot', they also find a flag but little they know, its a flag of Kouleon Empire.
