Capturing Fleris was a big deal in this war as it's one of the industrial city in Kouleon, now their economy is disabled as battle of Fleris is happening for few hours.
Despite the long battle, OHU only has little to no casualties, on the Kouleon Imperial Forces, they are facing heavy casualties until they have start to recruit local into the militia.
Sir Von Khoa relocated its army base just 10 KM outside Fleris to ensure its army and gather the leftovers of Imperial Forces and Militia. They just witnessing the destruction of Fleris and maybe next Kouleon Empire.
Sir Von Khoa who is dizzy with this mess. Suddenly, Vice Admiral Rickard from 1st Fleet of Imperial Navy meet him, "Good day... Khoa.... Seem another defeat right?"
"Ugh... What you want Rick....?", Khoa who is tired of having conversation with him.
"Well, we got a order from His Majesty of Kouleon Himself to ambush Xaida capital...", he said pretentiously.
"Are you insane?! Those humans already here and now you want to counter-attack by attacking Xadia capital?!", He slammed his hand on the table until it cracked in shock and fear.
Rickard stand back as the table also split in two, "Chill, we have the strongest navy in this region... 3 vessels won't hurt us...."
"Yea, yeah, so risk your life then... Can i at least get more reinforcement", he stand up and look at the outside.
"Whatever, just lets the navy to their job....", he get out from his tent and rides back to New Leonky.
"Sigh.... I'd rather surrender than continue this fight at this point...", he continued to look at the outside.

Deputy commander of 1st Kouleon Imperial Fleet received a message from Vice Admiral Rickard, he gave a green like to launching Operation Karewa.
1st Imperial Fleet mostly a combination of all of ironclads, which is 10, most of advanced Zenido Carriers, and several Knights-class Ship-on-the-line (Battleship). Started moving towards Myinlang, but they will need to gather supplies from their colony in Verlia Island, located middle of the strait.
Vice Admiral Rickard arrive to join the 1st Fleet at middle of the strait before stopping in Verlia Island.
Vice Admiral Rickard ask his men for information, "So the humans navy still at Fleris?"
"Yes, sir!", his deputy commander say.
He feeling impatient to destroy his enemies, he look at the empty sea to see no enemies nearby, "Good, we won't face them anytime soon".
As they sail towards Myinlang, they was forced to go through Port Segoe.
Commander of 1st Fleet, Vice Admiral Rickard suddenly sees 2 vessels that do not look like from Xadia, "Huh, what the hell is that?", he takes out his binocular and looks at it carefully...
"Huh, it seems like weird looking vessels.... Prepare for battle!", their ship sails closely to 2 newly P400 OPV from OHU that supposed to be reinforcement for OHU Forces in Fleris.
His Deputy commander fear of this battle, "Sir, are we sure to fight... I heard they got cannon that can shoot non-stop... Not like our cannon, that need to manually reload...."
Vice Admiral Rickard turned to him with a feeling of anger and displeasure with what he said, "Don't be a girly girl.... The reason you are here to serve your empire... Understand!?"
"Ye... Yes, sir", his deputy says...
"Good, now aim to enemies vessels", he says preparing to open fire.
CDRE Carlos, who is in charge for those vessels, witnessing their present, "Alright, men... We still strong against them, just prepare to avoid their cannon and prepare our 40mm and 20mm autocannon...!"
The Ironclads from Imperial Navy open fires but failed to hit P400, same goes to other vessels, whi trying to surroundings their enemies.
P400 then open fire their autocannon and shoot ironclads and ship-on-the-line, successfully disable most of them, few of them also sunk.
It's only 5 minutes since the battle started, but Vice Admiral Rickard can't believe those pair of vessels able to defeat dozen of vessels.
Their cannon not able to hit them as they're too fast and have a thick armour due of them being made by 'iron'.
"Iron ship?! Impossible... There's no nation is able to master that...", Rickard just realised he just makes the biggest mistakes by going through the enemies territory and now he have to pay for it.
Imperial Fleet tries to counter-attack but P400 is too fast to hit them. 1/3 of 1st Imperial Fleet declare sunk at the scene. Giving Rickard no choice but to retreat.
"I can't believe I have to say this.... Retreat!", he had surrendered, wasting the lives of his men and the honor of his country.
The 1st Fleet of Imperial Navy finally retreat, another win for the humans.

The day have passed and the news broke out yet again.
"What! Do you mean by our 1st fleet have a massive casualties by a two small vessels?! And why don't, they just support our army in Fleris?! God Damnit... Don't be useless!", Governor Ottoburge of Kouleon Colonial Territory screaming at General Napoli.
"Uh well... It's not my false.... They say from Emperor himself....", General Napoli answered him nervously.
"Ceh", he complain, "You are Chief of Imperial Armed Forces and Army, you should understand... You also responsible for what those navy doing...."
"In fact, I can't believe our main fleet losses to freaking twin vessels that they called Patrol Vessel... You know that just mean they are just for patrol their territory and not for war?!", he asked angrily, in fact everyone around the building can hear him.
"Y-yes, Governor.... This wouldn't happen again....", he salute to him and walks out from his office.
Alor Setar, Kedah
The day is fine for humans in Kedah, Davao and Australia Capital Territory. In fact, most of Earth important economy able to restore in those region.
For Kedah, they are able to reestablish its rubber and palm tree industry by expanding to the east, connecting their highway from Alor Setar to Churchill Naval Base, to Davao City and Canberra.
They are also in the process of expanding its railway that used to connect the North to South of Malaysia.
The electronics are also able to be revived thanks to local businesses and big companies such as CEA Tech and Raytheon Australia becoming few big companies in OHU.
This also including re-establishment of capitalism, heavy industry and trading. Meanwhile, Kedah and Davao working together to create territory exclusive for rice, wheat and corn farm. This increases the economy and brings those nations back to its normal level.
