Australia Expedition Corp is preparing for their journey to north of their border. Since the lack of a camera satellites, it's quite difficult to knowing the terrain of New World.
Luckily, there are some navigation satellites available as it's also transferred to New World, with this, they able to make estimates about the shape of the New World terrain.
"Alright boys! You ready for this adventure?!", says Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Tot of the 5th Engineer Regiment.
"Yes, Sir!", his men say as they prepare to drive towards nothing.
First hour, they only see OHU agriculture territory raised by the Kedah and Australia government. There, it's full of wheat, corn, rice, sugarcane and other important plants. It is estimated to cover 150 KM² in between Kedah and Australia.
They drive along the International Highway to the end of Agriculture Territory entering the wilderness.
"Remember to be careful.... Prepare Machine gun if see any movement...", Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Tot says as he observe his environment.
Few minutes has passed and they reach a river. Unfortunately, there is no bridge and the river seem to deep to cross it.
"Dammit, we can't explore the other side now...." LC Robert Tot says.
"How about we just drive alongside the river?", one of his men says.
"Mhm... We could do that.... Lets move on...", Robert says.
They drive along the river but the terrain getting rough and getting higher than before. As they continue to drive suddenly, the driver brake the vehicle.
"What's wrong?", Robert says.
"Seems like a road ahead...", the driver says.
"Impossible, this area is deserted... No way, there is any civilization able to produce a kind of resource to made a road.", He says.
"Aight, boys... Lets check it out... But be careful, we don't know who out there.", he says as he open the APC door.
Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Tot and his squadron get out from their Armoured Personnel Carrier and carefully walks towards the road.
"Sir... This seem like concrete..... Sir...", his men says.
"As concrete.... I guess that why it able last very long if this is the case... Quick let's march on...", Robert says.
They continue to walks for few dozens steps and suddenly, Robert stopped.
"It's that sound of river...?", he says. He quickly run towards the source od the sound and he discovered a river.... And a dam? "What in the mother earth.....".
Nationalities Council Assembly New District Columbia, OHU Territory
The people stormed the assembly, most of them used to be ambassadors, now they are the leader of their nationality, acting leader of their nations. United Kingdom, France, US, Turkey and more than you can imagine.
Thanks to Australia, this is happening. The second Assembly is held today to discuss matters of everything.
Mark Glauser, representative of Canada and President of Nationalities Council Assembly take his seat and start the assembly, "Alright, everybody... Welcome to Second Nationalities Council Assembly...."
"As we know there 113 representatives presents here to present their nations and people. We are the one who will lead 4.1 millions people to greatness and safety. Protect our unity, culture and technology from foreign power.", Mark says confidently.
"Lets start with....", he check on system about any proposal, "Mhm... That's alot..."
Caroline Kennedy suddenly stood up and gave a speech, "We the United States, propose to us to hold territory of New Leonky. This is because it is a very strategic location that connects the route from South to Northeast of New World."
"Pontus Melander from Sweden, here. By you proposal, are you trying to creating Imperialism for our good? I know we desperately need to show our dominance but it's too early?", Pontos Melander says as he is against the proposal.
"It's indeed too early for us. With this war going on, this may slowly spill the secret to other unknown nations that may be more powerful than us. How about we focus on increasing our military power?", Vicki Treadell of the United Kingdom says.
This peaceful assembly turned into a hot debate but in the end, it was resolved.
Mark was tired of this but glad it was over, "Alright, we will be held New Leonky, New District Colombia will be New United States territory and so on."
Assembly over with formation of New United States that covers from Kedah border to border of Churchill Naval Base.
Next to them is the Commonwealth of Britain, African Union and other more nations that will fill the empty land between Kedah, Davao and Australia as time goes by.

Most of the plans are already finished and will proceed with construction of the border wall. Even though, there are more nations available, they are limited due to the resources factor and most of them will live at OHU Territory.
Muhd Sanusi of Kedah walks towards Mark Glauser, "So how the meeting went? I hope this doesn't cause problems as bad as first assembly..."
"Well... UN Assembly is worse with the middle of the Middle East tension... Kinda glad I got here...", said Mark.
"Mhm... Look like we will have a lot of job to do.... Construction of New D.C., London and Cape Town for each new nation.", Said Sanusi.
"How about Europe, South America and Asia?", Mark asks.
"We couldn't afford too many cities but as time went by, we will build one for each community.", Said Sanusi as he walks towards the main lobby.
"Hm... Thanks for leading us to great path....", Said Mark.
"Mhm... Im only do my job as a leader.... Anyway, fair well...", Said Sanusi.
Sanusi walks to outside of Assembly to his car when out of nowhere, we received a phone call.
"Sanusi here... What a dam in middle of nowhere.... Interesting.... Bring this to OHU security council...", Said Sanusi.
The day went by like normal, with OHU nations start towards developing cheap weaponary for military and consumer good for civilians, they slowly able to recover from this sudden event.
