Commander in charge of Naval Communications Network, just relaxing on his day due to nothing happened yet, he walk to main room to monitor his mens.

He drinks his coffee, "Ah... This a peaceful day.... I wonder if anything will happen..."

His colleagues notice his statement, really unsure about it,"Ugh... Don't say that, everytimes you say it, something will happened..."

"Relax, nothing will happ-", sudden communication from nearby vessel is picked up by transmitter, "Ah, seem we got a call..."

"Uh... G'day, sir... Not sure if news already arrived but we have a guest and we need all leaders of OHU to prepare. It's major power from the Northwest, It's Third Slenedia Empire and Noxial Empire", the commander of vessel says.

The commander and his colleague look at each other... "I will get the phone", the commander says and then rush to his office.

The Leaders of OHU walks to the corridor to the meeting room in Churchill Naval Academic School.

Muhd Sanusi, Prime Minister of Kedah Federation and also President of OHU, prepare for any possible situations with today suddenly meeting.

Sebastian walks near Anthony, Prime Minister of Australia, "This better be a peaceful meeting...."

Anthony then says to Sebastian and Sanusi, "C'mon, they are not sailed from far away just to have a war with us, they may in fact want to form a relationship...."

He then open the door where, Maucus V of Third Slenedia Empire and Xialio X of Noxial Empire waiting for their arrival.

Xialio X of Noxial stands up looks at them and wonders how they dress up, "You must be the leader of this nation..."

Md. Sanusi walks to a nearby sofa and sits there, other also proceeds, "Yes... We are.... So you must be Xialio X from Noxial Empire..."

King Xialio X suprise Sanusi know him, "Yep, that is correct... That is me... Anyway, the reason we are here to support you in war against Kouleon Empire."

Emperor Moucus V of the Third Slenedia Empire continued the Xialio statement, "Yes, In the past Kouleon Empire have take most of our territories, and we are hoping to retake it back from them."

Anthony asks them, "Well, we don't mind... But is Kouleon territory is big? How will we defeat them? I heard they almost reach center of Great Scallion Continent..."

"Don't need to worry, they won't prepare for that when we cut their line with the West of Kouleon...", Emperor Moucus V says.

"If you say so, we will rely on your forces in Great Scallion Continent since we don't have capability to reach that far.", Anthony says.

After the meeting, Emperor Moucus V and King Xialio X prepare to sail back to their nations escorts by the OHU Navy.

Emperor Koun III sits in his throne disappointed to his army, after heard of every defeats in few months, "So, We just going to hold the line at Nuari River at the beginning of Kronix Peninsula?"

General Napoli nervously, "Yes, your Majesty. We unable to counter-attack the enemies. We need a little more time to start a offensive operation."

"Most of our Colonial Forces are stationed at Emperor Fortress, while others are tasked to expand the fort to the other side of the Kronix Peninsula.", Napoli says again.

The Emperor stands up and walks to the balcony, he stands there and looks at his great capital that is going to be destroyed anytime soon, "Please the Operation Migranti...."

General Napoli walks near him, hear what Emperor says, he bit shocked, "Y-yes, your Majesty!", he rush out from main room to government building.

Meanwhile, the Vivleon industry slowly disable its service as they relocated to new capital, New Vivleon. Their development department has already created an early type of train, able to speed up to 25KM/H and bring 100KG of good.

It's expected to be added to Vivleon and New Leonky to supply the army in near future. The Empire slowly to scrap the barrel to reinforce its army.

Chaos in colonies territories for independence, rumor of rebel to thrown the Emperor and install democracy system already spread across the Empire. Which one of them being Emperor's son, Prince Leonar of Leon.

He starts to think this is not the way, and slowly working with resistance.

While for Coalition, Third Slenedia Empire and Noxial Empire join the Coalition and already invade North side of Kouleon Empire and Colonies.

Fort Slenzy located west of Noxi Peninsula, falls to Noxial Empire with help of Slenedia in less of few days.

The OHU Forces already being armed with Post-WW2 weaponry, simple missile and Late-WW2 tanks.

New Vivleon, West of Kouleon Empire

The Royal Guard marched towards New Vivleon, carrying most of the advanced weapons, the Empire ever had. Slowly, building the railway, which they stole the blueprint from foreign nations.

"Ah, why would we build a new capital out of nowhere...?", one of soldiers asks.

The leader of the construction hears the soldier question then says, "This nation would rather hold their ground than surrender.... Just like that ancient Empire..."

Sergeant hear the leader says ancient empire, "Shhh..... Don't say or talk about that empire, it's forbidden to say that, remember?"

"Yeah, Yeah.... Now continue this work!", the Leader of construction says and he left the scene to check on others.

The New capital continues to build without knowing the Third Slenedia Empire Forces is on their way to the New Capital of Kouleon Empire with help of Noxial Empire and New Cpyro Republic.
