After getting out of the underground maze Nicolas and the others made their way up the stair to Pegasus castle.

"I can't imagine that we made it this far." said Joey

"I know but we are close to finishing this tournament strong and getting the soul that Pegasus took back." said Nicolas. The group kept climbing up the stairs until they saw someone that they didn't want to see.

"Hey, Guys, look. You're not gonna believe who's blocking our way into the castle." said Tristen.

"It's Kaiba." Said Yumi

"What the heck's she's doing here?" asked Joey

"I can't you pass, Yumi." said Seiko Kaiba

"I've won ten star chips, so stand aside." said Yumi

"You may have won enough star chips to qualify for the duelist Kingdom playoffs, Yumi, but I can't allow you to face Pegasus. He's mine. You and I are gonna to have one final duel. You will lose and I will win. The winds of change are blowing, Yumi Moto." said Seiko.

"What now boss this isn't like her to be challenging Yumi to a duel like this." said Demise

"I know but something must had happened but....oh no." said Nicolas

"What is it?" asked Ruin

"I think I know why she's doing this it's cause Pegasus must have stole Mokuba's soul and is forcing Seiko to duel for her brothers soul." said Nicolas who had his fist balled in anger.

"That snake." said Demise.

"Step aside Kaiba." said Yumi

"Not until you agree to duel me." said Kaiba

"I'm not dueling you. I don't have to." said Yumi

"So......No longer confident your so called "Heart of the cards" can help you win or are you afraid you can't beat me without Exodia? That's it, isn't it, Yugi? Your just afraid you can't beat me a second time, you coward." said Kaiba

There's only one play who's ever beaten me at duel monsters, and that's Yumi. Yumi you said you won by tapping into the heart of the cards, and for a long time I didn't know what that meant , but now I think I do and it took Pegasus to show me. He gave me a reason to put my heart in the cards." said Kaiba taking out a locket and open it to look at a picture of her brother.

"I don't like the way this is going." said Demise

"For the first time, Yumi, I can duel with fire and passion in my heart." said Kaiba

"I say this for her she did change if only by a little." said Ruin

"She's fighting for more than just herself this time." said Nicolas.

"Yumi, You can't accept this duel." said Bakura

"You've already earned enough star chips to get into the castle." said Tea
