It's been a few weeks since Duelist Kingdom and I was spending most of my time with my parents training with my magic after I told them what happened on the island and my first encounter of the shadow realm and how it felt but thanks to some more training I had gotten stronger. I was sitting under my favorite tree the same one that started my journey under.
"To think you are the king of games now I can't be anymore prouder of you my lord." said Ruin
"Yeah you showed that Pegasus a thing or to." said Demise
"I have you two, my parents and my deck that helped me win I i thank you all." I said giving them both a smile.
"The monsters in your deck thank you as well my lord." said Ruin
"Hey boss do you think it's time to meet up with the others?" asked Demise.
"Your right we should get going." I said picking up my skateboard popped into my headphones hit play on my mp3 player and got a running start before I jumped on and started to shred it all the way back into the city.
The feeling of taking those narrow curves and turns was fun while I grind on rails rolled through giant pipes heck one of the pipes was being lifted into the air about 50 feet with me in put I free falled grabbing a robe and swung back on to solid ground and kept ripping it up. I saw some workers carrying a couch so I jumped off and over them and landed back on the board and looked back and smiled and yelled sorry while I kept riding like I was in a Tony Hawk Pro skater game pulling off skateboarding parkour tricks stunning some of the people that I passed.
Once I Saw Yumi me and the other I yelled to them.
"Sup y'all!" I said grinding a rail before I stopped and popped up my skateboard and caught it and put it in my bag.
"Hey Nicolas." said Tea
"Nice moves on that board." said Joey
"Thanks. It's good to see up and about Mr Moto." I said.
"Thank my boy you know I want to thank you for keeping my grandaughter safe and rescuing my soul." replied Mr Muto.
"Your welcome" I said
"Grandpa I think you should go home and get some rest. You did just get out of the hospital, you know." said Yumi
"Don't be silly. I feel great." said Mr Moto while doing some stretches before he pulled a muscle in his back.
"Are you okay Mr Moto?" asked Tristan
"Just a little stiff, that's all." replied Mr Moto making me laugh a little
"Hey you!!!" said a voice right in front of us. All of us look up to see a little girl standing in front of the game store.
