Making my way through the bustling city of San Francisco, California I quickly head inside a small cafe on the outskirts of the city "hey, Dani." Thomas the cafe owner said as he looked at me with a smile on his face "hey, Thomas." I replied while pulling him into a side hug "your usual I assume?" He asked me "yep. Small hot chocolate with a cinnamon roll, please." I smiled "right away." He chuckled before heading off to the back of the cafe to begin making the hot chocolate as I take a seat in the very back corner I glance down hearing my phone start to vibrate in my pocket as I pull it out noticing an incoming call from an unknown number making look at in confusion "what the hell?" I muttered before quickly answering it.
"Hello." I said but got nothing back in return "hello." I said once again receiving nothing in return "look, I don't know who the hell this is but, don't ever call this number again." I spat "hey, pumpkin." A male voice said making me furrow my eyebrows in confusion "who is this?" I asked with a hint of worry in my voice "it's me, Bree. It's Steve." He replied as I pulled the phone away from my ear to examine the phone number again "what do you want?" I asked "I need your help, Bree. Something's happening. Something we never expected." He frantically said "here you go, Dani." Thomas said as he set my order down onto the table in front of me "thanks." I mouthed before he walked away from me "why do you need my help?" I asked "because Riri you're my niece and you're the strongest person I know. So, please. Help me." He pleaded while I ran my fingers through my hair nervously.
"Where do you want me to meet you?" I asked finally giving in to his offer "look outside." He replied as I glanced up noticing him standing on the other side of the street looking at me with a smile on his face before I hung up the phone heading out the front door and towards the alleyway "wow." I whispered with a smirk on my face "yeah, wow." He replied while shaking his head at me "you...have a beard." I giggled "yeah...and you've gotten bigger since the last time I saw you." He chuckled before pulling me into a tight hug as I giggled at the feeling "why are you here?" I asked him "it's Wanda and Vision. They're in trouble." He replied "where?" I fearfully asked him "Edinburgh." He replied "let's go." I nodded while following closely behind him.

Standing in the shadows of the subway station I quietly pull out an arrow from the quiver on my back slowly loading the arrow onto the bow before pulling it back and letting go as it flys off before quickly landing in one of the monsters thighs making him groan in pain as he falls down to the ground I sprint towards the woman knocking her off her feet as she glances up at me before swinging at me with her staff as I duck and dodge each attack she throws my way before being knocked down to the ground harshly as she looks up at us desperately trying to reach for her staff "uhh, uhh. You take one more step and I'll put this arrow right through your head." I warned while holding the arrow in place ready to fire at any moment.
"We won't kill you but we will if we have to." Nat warned as she made her way towards me "neither of you will get a second chance." The woman whispered as she looked up at us before disappearing up into her spaceship as it speeds off out of the atmosphere "I can see nothing much has changed with you as you get older." Nat muttered lowly "yep. Still the same old sassy Stark I remember." Sam smirked as I lightly smacked him in the chest making flinch slightly at the feeling "oww. Okay, I was kidding." He chuckled before pulling me into a tight hug "oh, I missed you so much kiddo." He smiled while ruffling my hair in the process "I missed you too, uncle Sam." I giggled before turning around to look at Nat.
"Hey." I said "hi, sweetheart." She smiled while wrapping her arms around me "you dyed your hair." I whispered while looking up at her "yeah, and you've gotten so big." She giggled while kissing the top of my forehead lightly "Hey, princess." Wanda smiled as she glanced up at me "hi, aunt Wanda." I whispered with a small smile on my face "we've gotten get Vision outta here and keep him somewhere safe." Steve said as he looked at all of us "where do we go? I mean, it's no use if these guys are gonna keep coming for him." I sighed while gripping my hair gently "well then, we take him to the safest place in the world." Steve replied while looking up me "where's that?" Sam asked him.
