"I had a lot of fun" Delilah smiled swinging her's and Jeremiah's interlocked hands
"Me too, lilah, I'm really glad you agreed to be my girlfriend" he smiled leaning over and kissing her
"I cant lie, i thought you were into Belly" Delilah blurted out, regretting the second she did
"Woah, what?" Jeremiah asked as they stopped walking, "Lilah, no, it's always been you. And ill do anything and everything to prove you've always been my first choice and you will always be my first choice over and over" he spoke softly, placing his hands on her face
"I really, really like you. I even asked Laurel for permission to ask you out" he admitted as she laughed a little
"Like the olden days, i like that" Delilah smiled as they kept walking towards the house, "How did she act?"
"Gosh she was little a kid at a candy store, she was all smiley and yapping, and then ran off to tell my mom" he chuckled as she rested her head on his arm
"Even when the summer is over, itll always be you. Ill drive every day if i have to, to see you" he added as she felt her cheeks heat up
"I think my mom will let you stay the night and not drive there and home every day" Delilah smiled at him
"Even if she didnt, i'd drive to you every day. I just wanna see you smile" he said opening the door for her as she thanked him
"Thank you for tonight" she said grabbing his hand, pulling him closer and kissing him
"Ill do this every night if you kiss me like that" he laughed breaking the kiss
