Delilah was dressed in a red and white bikini as she was laying by the pool and tanning
Jeremiah smiled walking over to his girlfriend, he grabbed her hand and kissed it as she opened her eyes
"We get it, you guys are into each other" Conrad spoke up as the two looked at him
"Dont listen to him, you guys are perfect" Susannah smiled
Jeremiah leaned down and kissed her
Delilah gasped as she woke up once something hit the floor, she looked up from her desk as Belly was looking at her worriedly
"I wasnt in Cousins. I wasnt with Jeremiah every day anymore, and Susannah was dead. Nothing would ever be the same again"
"Hey, uh, you dropped this" Parker said grabbing her book off of the floor, "Delilah?" he added as she finally looked up at him
"Hm?"
"I said you dropped this, Delilah. You're reading The Fault In Our Stars, how sad, you ok?"
"Fine" she said shortly, leaning over and grabbing the book back, "Thanks"
"Escaping into your dreams is easier than living with your memories. It's the being awake that's the hard part. Susannah is like my second mom, and now she's gone, she was like my second mom"
Delilah laughed running along the beach as Jeremiah was following her, "Lilah, im gonna get you!" he laughed as she shook her head
She screamed laughing as he picked her up, spinning her around, he smiled putting her down nand kissing her
"You look pretty, Lilah, this dress is gorgeous " he spoke, pushing her hair out of her face
"Thank you, Miah, my boyfriend bought me this dress" she smiled kissing his nose
"Mm, he's a lucky man" he smirked, she smiled before turning and running off back to the house
"Come on, slow poke!" she laughed as he shook his head before chasing her
"Last one to the house is a rotten egg!"
The bell rang as Delilah jumped a little, "All right, enjoy your summer" the teacher smiled, everyone stood up rushing to leave
