Delilah laid in bed holding onto Belly as they were crying, Laurel laid besides the two
"I feel so stupid" Belly cried, holding onto Delilah tighter, "Honey, why would you feel stupid?"
"Because, all summer long, we've been thinking about ourselves, Susannah was sick, and we didnt even know" Delilah sobbed out
"That's how she wanted it. It's exactly how she wanted it" Laurel spoke, her heart breaking seeing her two daughter clinging onto one another
"How long have you known?"
"Since the spring. She didnt want to burden you kids with it. She wanted one last summer with you guys" Laurel said softly crying, only making the two girls cry harder
"What about you?
"What about me?"
"You had to carry it all by yourself" Delilah cried, as Laurel began to full on cry now
The door to reveal a crying Steven, "She's not gonna get better, is she?"
"No" Laurel cried, Steven going and laying by Delilah, they all turned and hugged one another crying, Delilah let out a sob as Steven put his arm around her, grabbing her hand
"Im so sorry the night turned out this like" Susannah said messing with Jeremiah's hair, "It's now how i wanted you to find out"
"Mom, you're gonna do the trial, right?" Jeremiah asked as Susannah looked away, tears pooling in her eyes
"Uh..No, honey. Im not. i cant. Chances are very slight. Uh, nonexistent, really, and...I just cant go through that again. It was too hard the first time"
"Mom, but you could try. You have to try"
"I just wanna be me when i go. Does that make sense?"
"No. No, it doesnt make sense. None of this makes any sense"
"I know, i know. Im not good at this. ok? Mommy's not good at this" Susannah said crying, Jeremiah looked away trying not to cry
"I should have known that you knew. I just didnt wanna believe it" Susannah said putting her hand on Conrad's knee
"Mom, is theres any chance, you have to. I mean, you have to. Come on, tell her, Conrad." Jeremiah cried, Conrad turned to him, tears streaming down his face
"Why arent you saying anything? Mom, this is crazy. You have to try. You cant give up on us."
"Mom?" Conrad spoke as she turned to him. "Cant you just... I mean, cant you just try? From us, mom? i need you" he cried
"Come here" she said pulling the two closer
"All right, everybody down here. We still have to eat!" Laurel called out, the kids one by one making their way into the kitchen
"God, Del, your dress is like three people" Steven said as everyone laughed, "Dont worry, you can borrow it" she smiled throwing her napkin at him
"There were times this summer when i felt like i didnt know myself. But one thing i do know for sure is that, no matter what happens next, i will always come back to this place and these people"

Delilah and Jeremiah sat on the beach, he was still in his deb outfit and so was she
"Do you think this is why my mom wanted us to go together?" Jeremiah asked playing with Delilah's hair
"Yeah, she did always say she knew i was destined to be with you. She knew she wouldnt make it to our wedding, so she wanted us to do this."
"So you admit we're gonna get married?" Jeremiah asked with a smile on his face
"I know we're gonna get married" she laughed a little looking up at him
"You know i really love you, Lilah, i know summer's ending soon, and we're gonna go back home, but i swear ill come and see you all the time"
"I really love you more, and i know, just cause summer's ending doesn't mean we have to, i know we can make it through anything and everything" Delilah smiled turning to him
"Well, Delilah Conklin, when we're old enough to get married do you promise to marry me?" Jeremiah asked getting on one knee
Delilah laughed a little as he pulled out a ring, "Of course ill marry you when we're old enough" she smiled, he cheered before placing the ring on her ring finger
"I love you forever and ever and ever and a billion more ever" she said placing her hands around his neck
"But ill always love you more and more then a billion times more" he smiled kissing her
"We still got a few weeks left, let's make the most of it" Jeremiah smirked as she raised her brows
"Sex on a beach? i dont know, sand already gets everywhere as it is"
"Im not talking about sex, Lilah" he laughed as she shrugged
"My bad"
"How about we go skinny dipping" he smirked standing up as he took his shirt off
"Last time i went skinny dipping i almost walked 3 miles home" she shook her head as he stood her up
"I promise itll be fun" he smiled unzipping her dress as she agreed, "Last one in is a rotten egg!" she yelled taking the rest of her clothes off before running into the water
"Cheater!" he laughed running after her
"You know you love me!" she laughed, screaming when he picked her up and threw her in the water
