(Deliadis POV)

I rode back to Rohan with Éomer and Elladan. I had a son waiting on me. As we rode into Rohan, we were greeted with cheers. I scanned the crowds for Háleth. I found him on the outskirts, trying to push his way through. I quickly dismounted, shoving through the crowd, trying to reach him. I finally managed to reach the outskirts of the crowd and found Háleth, still trying to push his way through. He hadn't noticed me, so I drew close and whispered in his ear.

"Hello Hadorion." Háleth whipped around with a smile. He threw his arms around me, crying a little. Elladan came walking through the crowd, his hair still up in the bun. I smiled at him and peeled Háleth off me. The boy turned around, scanning Elladan up and down.

"Hello My Lord." Elladan's smiled faltered and he knelt down, placing a hand on Háleth's shoulder.

"Hello Háleth. My name is Elladan. I'm sure that Delia's told you about me." Háleth smiled and hugged Elladan tightly. Elladan hugged him back, mixed emotions on his face. He ruffled Háleth's hair, and the two seemed to bond in that moment. I placed a hand on Háleth's shoulder.

"You young man have a coronation to attend. Two actually, but one is tonight." Háleth looked surprised but ran off to his room, presumably to get dressed. Éomer's coronation was very much rushed, but Rohan needed a King. That night, everyone was dressed in their best, and Éomer stood in front of the throne, sword at his side. Éomer drew his sword, holding it in front of him.

"I, Éomer son of Éomund, here do swear my loyalty to the people of Rohan. I swear upon the tombs of my forefather's to serve the people of Rohan till my last days." An advisor handed Éomer a goblet of wine, and he drank it all, his face solemn. A cheer erupted through the hall as Éomer was now King of Rohan. As he stepped away from the throne, I approached and hugged him.

"So, despite the fact you're a King now, do I still get to shove you in hay bales?" Éomer laughed, patting my shoulder.

"Thank you Delia, for helping during the war. You may occasionally get to push me into a hay bale." I laughed and returned to my husband and Háleth. Háleth ran off to play with the other boys, and I spoke to Elladan about our future.

"Where do you wish to stay? Gondor? Imladris?" Elladan kissed my forehead, placing a comforting hand on my shoulder.

"How about right here? I do not desire to tear Háleth away from his life here. Besides, it is not wise to travel when carrying an elfling." I blushed and kissed Elladan's cheek.

"I like that idea, though we have broken convention before." Elladan chuckled, kissing me gently. Éomer loved the idea and gave us a room in the Golden Hall. Elladan became an advisor to Éomer, and we managed to handle a few meetings before we had to leave for my brother's coronation. My stomach was starting to show a little and every so often I would wake up sick in the mornings. When we reached Gondor, I saw my brother, blossoms scattered in his hair and a smile on his face.

"Delia!" He rushed forward, hugging me tightly. I made a choking noise to get him off me, and Aragorn stared at my slightly swollen belly. He smiled and hugged me again, gently this time. Háleth ran forward, hugging my brother tightly. Aragorn hugged him back, smiling. Elladan and Aragorn gave each other a half hug, and as if on cue, the hobbits arrived. I laughed as Merry and Pippin tried to tackle me, only to be stopped by Elladan. He must have informed them I was pregnant because their eyes grew wide. They jumped around and laughed. I walked over to Frodo and Sam, ruffling both of their hairs. That night, all the adults, excluding the hobbits and Gimli as they wanted to drink, sat in a study, speaking about things at random. When Elrohir and Elladan saw each other, they hugged each other tightly and started joking. As hours passed, Elrohir ended up laying against Rúmil, occasionally shifting and turning his lover's face bright red. I laid against Elladan, my hands folded on my stomach. Elladan spoke up, running his fingers through my hair.

"What do you plan to do with Mordor? It is your land I suppose." My brother sighed, drinking from his glass.

"We raided Mordor a week or two ago and found human slaves there. I've decided to give Mordor to them. They deserve some land after all the suffering they endured." Elladan nodded, casting his eyes over to me. We all continued to talk, and I noticed Elrohir falling asleep in Rúmil's lap. I closed my own eyes, not asleep, but just listening. At one point, Elladan kissed my forehead.

"Wake up my love. It is time to get ready for the coronation. Háleth is already ready." I groaned, opening my eyes. Evidently I had fallen asleep, as we were in a room. Pushing through the nausea, I got dressed putting on the silk dress and letting Elladan put my hair in an intricate braid. Háleth was watching us, and when my hair was braided, Háleth stepped forward, curious.

"Delia, could you braid my hair too?" I nodded, letting Háleth sit in front of me. I did a style like Legolas' and made two small braids on the sides of his head, leading them into one braid. He looked so excited. Once I finished with Háleth I gazed at my husband. He had his hair in his typical bun that I was now accustomed to. I pointed to the chair in front of me.

"Sit. You're not doing the bun today. Not on my brother's coronation." Elladan sighed, sitting. I pulled the hair tie out and ran a brush through the brown strands that were growing back surely but slowly. Leaning to the right side of my husband's head, I started a braid, letting it trail down. By the time I was done, Elladan looked absolutely handsome in his silk outfit. I kissed his cheek, listening to Háleth fake vomit a little. We both laughed and walked down together, waiting in the courtyard. Everyone filled in, and I saw Éowyn holding hands with Faramir. The two looked happy. Gandalf appeared before the doors with Gimli at his side. In Gimli's hands rested a pillow holding the crown of Gondor. After a very long speech, we finally got to the good part. Gandalf took the crown from the pillow, holding it high.

"Now come the days of the king. May they be blessed." My brother rose to cheers. I smiled, watching as he turned to face the crowd of adoring subjects. My brother cleared his throat, speaking loudly, like a true King.

"This day does not belong to one man but to all. Let us together rebuild this world...that we may share in the days of peace." As my brother descended down to meet his people I heard him humming a melody. The tune we were taught as children. The Oath of Elendil. We were some of the first my brother approached. I saw his crown was crooked. After accepting a hug from Háleth and a handshake from Elladan, I reached up and fixed his crown. Aragorn gave a stern look, rolling his eyes.

"It was crooked! You can't meet your subjects with a crooked crown." Aragorn chuckled, hugging me gently. My brother passed Faramir and Éowyn, then Éomer. Then he reached the party of elves headed by Legolas, Rúmil, and Elrohir. I saw the crowd of elves part after a minute, and Arwen was quickly swept up by my brother in a hug turned very passionate kiss. At last, Aragorn reached the hobbits. I couldn't make out what he said, but we all bowed towards the hobbits, who looked very awkward standing there. The party to celebrate my brother being King was spectacular, but I only stayed for a little while, the nausea finally working its way up. I placed a hand on my stomach, sitting quietly in the darkness of the room. Things were going to be alright. The world was finally at peace. I had Elladan, and Háleth, and the baby inside me. The door creaked open, and Elladan slipped in.

"Háleth is asleep. I came to check on my wife." I smiled, letting Elladan kiss me gently. Every moment was perfect. Elladan held me gently, and I grew more convinced everything was going to be alright.
