🤎Evermore🤎
After everyone was picked up, we started heading towards the woods. It wasn't too far away, so we were able to start our search back up pretty quickly.

"So what do we wanna do? Two groups?" Folklore asked.

"As much as this might slow us down, I think we should all stay together. These woods aren't something to deal with." I said, causing multiple people to raise their eyebrow at me.

"And why is that?"

"There's been multiple cases of small groups of teenage girls going in these woods and by the next day, they're gone without a trace. People get kidnapped and murdered here all the time." I casually explained, raising concern in everyone else.

"Well good thing we aren't teenage girls, we're full grown adults." Midnights said sarcastically.

"I don't know, some weird things have happened here. I just wouldn't want something to happen. These woods are huge, if someone got hurt or something, it would be near impossible to find each other again and protect each other."

"Whatever you say" Rep rolled her eyes.

"Wait...you said people get kidnapped and murdered in here a lot?" Fearless widened her eyes.

"Yeah, it happens all the time. Especially to, like I said, teenage girls." As soon as I said that, I realized what I was implying, considering the reason we were here in the first place.

Everyone started freaking out, the younger ones crying that Debut was gone forever while the older ones tried to get everyone to settle down and start searching.

"Debut! Debut where are you? Debut!!!!" Everyone started frantically shouting her name, our screams getting more desperate by the second as we practically sprinted through the woods. Fearless and Speak Now voted on me being in the front because of how "familiar I was with the woods."

"Ow! Fuck" Lover cried out. I turned around and saw Lover on the ground, gripping her ankle next to a root sticking out of the ground.

"You okay?" Poets looked down at her.

Lover nodded, but we could all tell that she was biting her lip to fight back her tears.

Before thinking twice, Rep scooped Lover up into her arms and kissed her on the forehead.

"Stop it Rep, you aren't carrying me this whole time"

"I will until your ankle feels better. We don't have time to stop and argue about it."

"Rep no. I don't want you to carry me."

"Lover, you can be mad at me later, but please just let me help you for now."

"Fine" Lover pouted as we continued walking.

After a couple more minutes of going deeper in the woods, I held my arms out and told everyone to stop.

"There's footprints" I said, pointing to the area of ground where the grass turned into wet mud.

Fearless stepped closer before saying "Those are Debut's. I can tell by the unique print of her boots. They have to be hers."

We all started speeding up a bit as we followed the tracks.

"Oh shit." I mumbled quietly, I knew everyone heard me though.

"What now?" 1989 hesitated.

"Look" I said, and soon everybody else eyes went to the other set of footprints. The larger set of footprints that seem to have appeared out of nowhere.
