"not even in front of our friends?" i ask. he sighed, "you're right, i shouldn't need to keep our relationship a secret from our friends, and neither for others. they should know that we are together but not what we do" he says. "exactly, they know we're dating, we act like a couple in school and outside of school, but they don't know what we do" i say. he hugs me, "i'm sorry scarlett, please forgive me" he says. i hug back before letting go, "what does this mean for us" he asks. i then look up, "i don't know" i reply. our relationship as a couple has gone down, "do you think we can try, like again" he says looking at me. "you going to keep me a secret again" i say holding back my laughter, i laugh then speak, "i'm sorry i just had to, but i'd like that" i reply hugging him. we went back down a few minutes after, "about time, what were y'all kissing and making up" alexander says. we both look at each other and burst out laughing, "i was just talking with my girlfriend" jaden says as he sat down, alexander looked at jaden confused. "but weren't you just talking with scarlett? how would you be talking with your girlfriend?" asked alex, javon the laughed. "you're actually slow alex, jaden was talking with scarlett and then he said he was talking with his girlfriend" javon said, "i don't understand" he replied. "bro jaden is dating scarlett" javon said, alexander finally understood. "OHH okay well good for you" he said, we were all on the sofa until the door opened. my mother then walked in, "hey kids" she said walking in. we all stood up, jaden and i were holding hands, "mom this is jaden, my boyfriend" i say. she looked surprised, "okay well, things were slightly obvious but good thing you guys are letting me know" she said. we all hung out before the twins left, "i'll see you at school tomorrow" he said while giving me a kiss on the cheek.

(summer ended and now they're going back)

the next morning alex and i left pretty early, we said bye to our mom before leaving. we went into her room, "bye mom, we're going to be leaving very early today" alex said whilst giving her a forehead kiss. my mom then woke up, "why are you leaving early?" she asked, "we're going to pick up the twins and go for breakfast before school, if that's okay" he said, "oh okay, yeah that's fine let me know if you guys need anything" she said. i then gave her a forehead kiss as well before leaving, "we love you mom" i say before closing her door. we headed to the twins house and saw them outside, it was 5:50 and we were heading to the restaurant. we arrived around 6:03, we all got seated down and ordered quickly. i haven't heard from any of my friends, but i continued talking with the others. our food arrived and we began to eat, we payed and left soon after. the ride to school was per usual, "gosh i'm so full" jaden said and javon looked over at him. "are you full of all the kisses you kept giving scarlett or are you full of your actual food" javon said before we all laughed, "okay guys it wasn't that many" i say before getting looked at by my brother, "now why do we gotta lie, even the waiter was shocked, it was a lot" alex says. "okay whatever, we're here right? oh yup time to go" i say quickly whilst getting out the car. they all soon followed behind, "okay since we all saw what happened in the morning, glad to say that i don't have to see them and how i don't have them both in the same class. good thing i only have scarlett in class" javon said, "i have them for our first class" alex says. we all eventually part ways and go to class. a few hours later school was ending, javon and i were in our last class talking. "so how is it with jaden" he asks, "it's great, how are you" i say. he nods his head before continuing to do his work. we continued to do our work before i got a notification, i checked my phone and saw that jayla texted me,

J: omg sorry for not texting, i haven't really gotten on my phone but how are you??
J: you're back at school right?
S: hi jayla!! it's okayy
S: sadly yes, but how's vacation??
J: it's been good!! yours?
S: mostly spent time with alexander since he sprained his ankle
J: gosh i forgot he did, but throughout the whole summer??
S: most of it yeah
J: no way
S: at least it's getting better and now i don't have to do stuff with him
J: you're rightt, but i gotta go. i'll text you soon?? love you
S: yeah i gotta go too, the teacher is coming by me!
S: love ya

i quickly got off my phone and continued my work, javon and i finally finished. our teacher had said in the beginning of class that anyone who finishes can leave early, javon and i finished so we left class. we got to the car and waited for him to come out, there was still 10 minutes left so javon and i walked around. when we saw that there was 5 minutes left we headed back to the car and continued to wait. alex and jaden came out not long after, "how come you guys are out early?" asked alex "our teacher said if we finish our work early then we can leave class early, and we finished so" said javon. we all eventually got in the car and drove the twins back to their house before alex and i went back home
