it's already the last week of school, (pretend that the year went by fast) jaden and i fixed our problems and have been together for 2 months now, we turn 3 months soon. daphne and madeline came back from vacation before leaving again, i was in my third class. daphne, madeline and i agreed to meet up in the bathroom before fourth. the bell rung soon after and i quickly left the class, i got to the restroom and saw them already there. "hey guys!!" i said and hugged them both, "i only came for today and tomorrow, i'm leaving again tomorrow after school" madeline said, "no way, where to now?" daphne and i asked. "i believe it's New York" she replied before daphne spoke, "omg no way! i'm going to be in New York as well!" daphne said and they both geeked. the bell rung soon after and we all went out separate ways. i'm going to miss them.

skip to seventh period
i have my last two classes with javon, we both sit next to each other and talk a lot. "any plans for the summer?" he asks, "uhm probably go out" i replied. "with your boyfriend?" he asks, he knows that i have a boyfriend but he doesn't know who it is. for some reason jaden doesn't want anyone to know. javon and i kept talking until it was time for eighth period, we walked over to our class until madeline, daphne, alex and jaden came up to us, "you guys, scarlett is hanging out with her boyfriend this summer" javon said. "you have a boyfriend?" daphne and madeline asked, "yeah for two months now, have you not been on instagram?" i replied and we all laughed. we all parted way soon after except javon and i, we went into our class. jaden and i rarely talk during school, but always after school. javon and i were in geometry and everything was fine, javon and i were talking until i asked to use the restroom. i decided to leave my phone, which would be a mistake.

javon's pov
scarlett left her phone on our table and she went to the restroom, i was doing the work until i heard a ding. i checked my phone but saw no notification, i thought i was imagining it until i heard another, this time it came from scarlett's phone. i picked it up and saw two messages from jaden? i knew her code since i've seen her put it in, i knew this was wrong but i decided to open them.

why was jaden saying love? i knew this was wrong as well but i decided to reply.

back to scarlett's pov
i arrived back to class only to find javon on my phone? "what are you doing!" i said nearly yelling. he looked up and pulled me down into my seat, "why is my brother calling you babe and love?" he said yelling whispering. oh shit, did jaden text me while i was gone? i had to tell him now, he knows. there's no denying it, "look, i can't deny it cause these messages show other wise. but i'm dating your brother okay? it all happened when we went out to dinner" i said upset, "and why wouldn't you tell me!" javon said yelling. "look at the way your acting! besides, jaden didn't want me to tell anyone" i reply. javon was mad, he didn't talk to me for the rest of the day, i got another notification,

i looked up from my phone to look at javon, "i'm sorry javon" i said before getting up and asking to leave once again. surprisingly enough the teacher let me leave again, i got to the cafeteria and saw jaden. we both hugged and he gave me a kiss, once we both let go i spoke, "jaden i need to tell you something" i said, "what's wrong?" he asked. i could tell by his face that he was concerned, "javon" i reply, "what about javon?" he says confused. "javon knows, about us" i say and he looked shocked, "how?" he asked. i told him how javon found out, the bell was going to ring soon. "i gotta go, see you later?" i said and he nodded and gave me a peck before we both left. i got back to class and still javon was not speaking, i packed all my things and sat there until the bell finally rung. javon and i left class together as usual but he wasn't speaking, "javon, i'm sorry" i say desperate, "just forget about it" he replies. we got to the car soon after and it was quite, we were waiting for alexander and jaden. i needed javon to know that i was sorry, "javon please, what could i do to make it up" i ask and he just stares at me, "nothing, i don't care if you're with him" he said back, "then what are you so upset about" i ask. "the fact that you didn't tell me, i thought you trusted me?" he said looking back at me. i couldn't see him like that, "and i do, but i also have to respect jaden's wishes" i say and he just nods. soon after the other two finally arrive, "let's go" alex says unlocking the door so we can all get inside. the entire car ride back was silent, no one dared to speak, so to cut the tension alex put a song. it wasn't a bad song, it was like a sad song? i don't know how to describe it, but he played "Moonlight on the River' by Mac DeMarco. besides javon knowing about my relationship, no one else knew. we got home shortly after and we all went inside my house, i didn't speak to any of them.
