i had woken up at 7, my mother was already gone for work and i checked alexander's room, he was gone. i wasn't sure whether he was being serious about me getting my own ride, i checked the whole house and he was nowhere to be found. i decided to text him,

Alexander
S: where the hell are you??
A: waiting for the twins, where else
S: and you just left me?
A: i already told you scarlett
A: drive yourself or get a ride
S: why are you doing this
A: you're old enough to drive yourself, besides why don't you ever drive yourself?
S: cause we have a good relationship and cause you always give me a ride alexander
A: not anymore
A: anyways i'm heading to school now, can't drive and text so
S: please come back

he didn't answer. i quickly went upstairs and got ready, until i got a message. i thought it was from alexander but,

Javon
J: how come you're not in the car??
S: i don't know, i need to finish getting ready
J: want me to tell him to turn back??
S: no, i don't need alexander anymore
J: what?
J: he's your brother
S: i can't talk javon, love you but i gotta go

i shut my phone off not after and finished getting ready. it was already 7:20, i grabbed all my stuff and got in my car. i got to school not long after, i got to my class only to see alexander. we both made eye contact as i walked pass him, he didn't look back. i was zoned out and never heard jaden speaking to me, "scarlett" he would say but i wouldn't answer, "babe" he said finally getting my attention. i looked over, "i'm sorry what" i said, "class is over" he said getting my bag and his. i stood up and grabbed my stuff, "thank you" i say. he looks at me, "are you okay?" he asks while we walk, "yeah, i'm just not feeling well so i might just head home" i say back. we continued to walk before he spoke again, "how come you weren't in the car today?" he asks, "oh i just told him to leave since i wanted to sleep a bit more" i reply. he didn't seemed convinced but he didn't ask anything. we parted ways soon after and i headed to the nurse's, i was able to go home so i left the building, got into my car and went home.

i honestly don't know what to write anymore but i'm trying to finish this story. i will be writing another story though, but let me know if you guys like this one so far and what i can do to make it better!
