Navi requested a private audience with Notah, and they retreated to his room. With a heavy heart, she reminded him of their fathers' expectations for them to bear children together. Several moons had waxed and waned since their marriage, and Navi acknowledged the complexity of their situation, given Notah's love for Clover. "Well, I can't exactly cheat on Clover now, can I?" Notah said, torn between his political alliances, dowry rights, and his unwavering love for Clover. "It must be our blood. Our child is going to bring our people together. Your people need that land"

Notah struggled with the weight of his decision, realizing the consequences of breaking his oath. "Once. We can try once. If nothing comes of it, then we don't try again," he propositioned, and Navi agreed. They consummated their marriage, hoping for a favorable outcome.

The following day, Notah woke up, consumed by guilt. Throughout breakfast and until the time came for him to hunt, his mind wandered throughout his thoughts , longing for her presence. Kaell, Notah's hunting companion, noticed his preoccupation and inquired about his troubles. Notah confided in Kaell, sharing the details of his predicament.

Kaell, taking a pragmatic stance, reminded Notah of the stark differences in their lives, suggesting that Clover need not know about his arranged kids. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the oath with Overlord Ghan, as the Acorans needed access to untouched land, which had remained unscathed by the war. "Did you forget they wiped out half our people to expand Eden for themselves and their kind? Without those abilities, some of the Wessex couldn't stand a chance. They just eat and party and kill people," Kaell argued.

Notah, however, remained steadfast in his belief that Clover and her twin sister were different, and that judging them based on past actions was unjust. Kaell, sensing his friend's conviction, proposed accompanying Notah on his next visit to Clover to ascertain for himself whether the Wessex were truly good and not merely manipulating Notah's emotions.

As the time comes Notah and his best friend Kaell ventured beyond the hunting grounds to meet with Clover to see everything for his own eyes. they approached the stables, Notah led Kaell to the room above, where Clover awaited their arrival. Upon entering, Notah introduced Kaell as his trusted companion and closest confidant. Kaell's gaze immediately fell upon Clover's pregnant belly.

"You're really going to be a father," Kaell remarked, his voice a mixture of awe and disbelief. The reality of the situation settled upon him, and he turned to address Clover directly. "After meeting you, Clover, I must apologize for all the negative thoughts I harbored about you and your twin sister, your family . I had assumed you were just like the rest of your family, but I see now that I was mistaken. The energy i feel from you is pure. I can't believe you fell in love with that knuckle head."

Clover, moved by Kaell's heartfelt apology, embraced him warmly, accepting his words with grace and understanding. The room filled with a sense of unity and acceptance, a stark contrast to the centuries of animosity that had divided their peoples.
