I stood, staring at the tattered building.

I had gone through the legal process of opening a small business. That took awhile.

These pass few weeks, although stressful, have been full of fun.

Tobias and I are going strong, and I have had a lot of time to think of names and a scheme for my bakery.

I also love baking every second I get, just to practise. Tobias loves my chocolate cupcakes.

"Ready, baby?" Tobias asks from beside me.

We had a U-Haul filled with cleaning supplies, paint, and tools.

Tobias and his friend Zeke, were going to do all of the maintenance, like repair the roof.

"Thank you for doing this Tobias. I love you."

He kissed my nose, "Anything for you."

"Should we take a look inside?"

Okay, so maybe it was a stupid idea to buy it without looking inside. I just hope there is enough room.

I pulled open the creaky door, and was amazed.

The outside was a mess. The inside, although dusty, was spacious and empty.

There was one other room, and it was slightly smaller than main room, but big enough to be a huge kitchen/baking area.

I squealed, launching myself at Tobias, "Isn't this place awesome, handsome?"

He laughed and spun me around.

When he set me down, I glanced around again, awe-struck.

"I'm going to have to invest in nice baking things. Do you think my parents would be okay using their money like this?" I asked the last part quietly, I really wanted to know if I was doing the right thing.

Tobias gathered me in his arms, "Baby, the money was theirs' to give to you so your dreams would come true. They aren't here to give you your dreams, but at least you can still do it financially. Okay?"

I nodded.

I hope you're proud of me, mom and dad. I thought, somberly.

"Zeke and I will fix the main things outside. From the looks of it, the inside looks great. It doesn't smell or anything, so start doing something, woman." He teased and kissed my head, before walking out of the room.

I cleaned the windows, and started on the graffiti. I had biodegradable remover that you paint on the writing.

Once that was done, I splashed it with extremely hot water, until it came off.

"Lookin' good babe." Tobias kissed me cheek.

"You stink." I scrunched my nose.

"What about me?" Zeke asked.

I coughed, "Take a shower, please." I glanced at Tobias, "So how's the progress?"

"Halfway done repairing. We came down to get a drink. Isn't Christina supposed to come?"

"When she gets off work. Speaking of which, you have work tomorrow."

He pouted, "Your not going to stay the night?"

"Nope, cause' you won't get up, if I do."

"Fine, but you owe me cake."

I gave him a beaming smile, before returning to whatever I was doing.
