Michelle's POV

I hear giggling coming from the living room as I walk down the hallway. I need to get supper going before I have a house full of angry bellies. As I turn the corner I see Grant with Tanner on his shoulders. The blond haired, blue eyed four-year old had a rough start. Before ending up in the foster system, he was left in his house for a week alone and in a playpen. He was found dirty and almost starved to death. When I heard about what happened to him, there was no choice. He had to come to us. The organization that we foster through called us in the middle of the night, needing a place for him to go. We were happy to bring him here. It's taken a while, but now he loves his foster siblings and all his foster daddies. Grant's his favorite since he has no problem tossing him around like a rag doll. Plus that boy could live outdoors if I'd let him. I don't know how many times he, Tony, and Grant have sleepovers at the cabin so they can fish the lake the next morning. They always come back with stories of fish, lizards, and gators.

I look over and see Trent playing a board game with Chad, Alex, and Nicky. Those three came to us from a group home. They are almost teens and grew up together in the system. They remind me of my men quite often. They can almost finish each other's sentences but they are as different as night and day, from their looks to their personalities.

Chad is dark skinned and loves it when I take him to get his hair twisted into braids. He's the protector of the three, standing already at almost 5'9" at only 12. Personality wise, he's Grant's little mini me. Most of the time, he's trailing Grant with Tanner in tow. His mother was an addict and prostitute who was almost beaten to death in front of him by her pimp, who was also his bio-dad. They were both arrested that day; him for attempted murder and her for drug possession. We're hoping she can get her life straight but at this rate, it looks like it won't happen. She disappeared a few months ago and we haven't heard from her since.

Alex is Hispanic. His mother died in child birth and his father couldn't stay in the country. He didn't want to take Alex back to Mexico with him. Hoping to give him a better life he decided to leave him in front of a fire station with a letter and pictures of his family. I've kept them all this time in case he ever wants to seek them out when he's an adult. He's the sensitive one of the three, kinda like Sammy.

Nicky is my techy. He loves all things computers. He's charming and looks like a little model with his tan skin and light brown hair. That kid will either be a billionaire or be arrested as a hacker by the FBI, I swear.

Then there's sweet Keldrick. My little K is addicted to xBox. I have to limit his time on it and fight Sammy every step of the way. He had a great life actually until both his parents were killed in a car accident. They were hit by a car load of drunk teenagers. The driver was sent to prison and many of the kids were hurt pretty badly. K lost his parents and his baby brother so he's become an instant big brother to Tanner. He's the oldest of the group at 15. His laughter sometimes reminds me of Tony and it makes me smile. I know he loves all these kids and is the biggest instigator of all their pranks. My Tony, my light, my angel.

As I'm finishing up cleaning the kitchen after dinner, Tony, having taken a couple of the boys to stay with him overnight and the rest settled down in bed for the evening,I feel a pair of arms go around my stomach. "Hi there Flower. Ya awf'ly quiet tanight." He said, kissing my neck.

"I'm just happy baby. You guys have made me the happiest woman in the world." I responded, leaning back and kissing him softly.

"Damn straight we did." Trent replies, swatting my rear end. I moaned at the sensation.

"Angel wants to play tonight, I see." I hear Sammy walk up and kiss my head. "I think we need to open the locked door, boys." He says while Grant scoops me up into his arms. I giggle as they carry me to our playroom, past the stairs leading up to my sleeping children's rooms. Life can't get any better than this. I've finally learned to breathe again.
