Jeonghan adjusted his tie for the third time, a nervous habit he couldn't quite shake. He stood in the gleaming lobby of Choi Enterprises, the empire built by Choi Seungcheol. Today was their second meeting, a follow-up to their initial encounter, which had left Jeonghan both exhilarated and unnerved. The first meeting had been strictly professional, yet the undercurrent of unspoken attraction was undeniable. This time, Jeonghan was determined to test the waters a bit more.

He glanced at his reflection in the polished glass doors, taking in his perfectly tailored suit and the briefcase clutched in his hand. He took a deep breath, his mind a whirlwind of strategic thoughts and simmering desire.

"Mr. Yoon," the receptionist's voice cut through his reverie. "Mr. Choi will see you now."

He flashed her a polite smile and made his way to the private elevator. The ride up seemed interminable, each floor a step closer to the man who had been occupying his thoughts more than he cared to admit. As the doors slid open, he was greeted by a sleek, modern office, all steel and glass with a view of the cityscape that seemed to stretch on forever.

Seungcheol stood by the window, his back to Jeonghan. He was a commanding presence, tall and broad-shouldered, exuding an air of authority that was almost palpable. He turned slowly, his dark eyes locking onto Jeonghan's with an intensity that made his breath catch.

"Mr. Yoon," Seungcheol greeted, his voice smooth and controlled. "Please, have a seat."

Jeonghan walked forward, his steps measured, feeling the weight of Seungcheol's gaze on him. He settled into the leather chair opposite Seungcheol's desk, placing his briefcase beside him. Seungcheol remained standing for a moment longer, studying him, before he sat down with a deliberate grace.

"I trust you've reviewed the documents I sent over?" Seungcheol asked, his tone businesslike, though his eyes betrayed a flicker of something more.

Jeonghan leaned back slightly, allowing a slow smile to spread across his lips. "Of course. I found them... quite thorough."

Seungcheol's eyes narrowed almost imperceptibly. "Good. We value thoroughness here."

Jeonghan crossed one leg over the other, his gaze never leaving Seungcheol's. "I've noticed that about you, Mr. Choi. You have a certain... attention to detail that's quite admirable."

For a moment, the air between them seemed to hum with tension. Seungcheol's expression remained stoic, but Jeonghan didn't miss the way his jaw tightened slightly.

"Thank you," Seungcheol replied, his voice steady. "I expect nothing less from my team."

Jeonghan leaned forward, his smile turning into something more playful. "And what about your... personal expectations, Mr. Choi? Are they just as exacting?"

Seungcheol's eyes darkened, and for a heartbeat, Jeonghan thought he saw a crack in the cold facade. But then, Seungcheol's mask of composure slipped back into place.

"I find that keeping personal and professional matters separate is usually best," Seungcheol said, though there was a subtle edge to his voice. "Don't you agree, Mr. Yoon?"

Jeonghan tilted his head slightly, enjoying the game they were playing. "Usually," he conceded, "but sometimes the lines blur. Sometimes, it's impossible to ignore what's right in front of you."

Seungcheol's lips pressed into a thin line. "Is there a particular point you're trying to make, Mr. Yoon?"

Jeonghan's smile widened. "Just that it's refreshing to meet someone who matches my... passion for precision."

Silence stretched between them, thick with unspoken words. Jeonghan could feel his heart pounding in his chest, the adrenaline mixing with something deeper, more primal. He wondered if Seungcheol felt it too, if the carefully maintained distance was just as torturous for him.

Seungcheol leaned back in his chair, his eyes never leaving Jeonghan's. "Let's focus on the task at hand, shall we?"

Jeonghan's smile didn't falter. "Of course. But if you ever want to discuss... anything else, you know where to find me."

For a moment, something flickered in Seungcheol's eyes-something dark and consuming. But then he blinked, and it was gone.

"I'll keep that in mind," Seungcheol said, his voice low.

As they moved on to the business at hand, Jeonghan couldn't help but feel a thrill at the thought of what lay beneath Seungcheol's cold exterior. He knew he was playing a dangerous game, but he couldn't resist. The tension between them was intoxicating, and he was determined to see just how far he could push it.

And, perhaps, just how much Seungcheol could take before he broke.
