Seokmin stirred from his sleep, the remnants of a vivid dream dissipating into the early morning light. He stretched, feeling the familiar ache of long hours spent at the office melt away, replaced by the rare sensation of relaxation. For the first time in months, he had a holiday, a day to spend with his son, Seungmin.

Seokmin moved quietly through their apartment, savoring the calm. He opened the door to Seungmin's room and saw his boy curled up under the covers, his face serene in sleep. A tender smile spread across Seokmin's lips as he knelt beside the bed and gently shook Seungmin's shoulder.

"Wake up, buddy," he murmured softly, his voice a soothing balm in the quiet room. Seungmin's eyes fluttered open, and he looked up at his father with a sleepy smile. Though he couldn't speak, the warmth in his eyes spoke volumes.

Seokmin helped Seungmin sit up and led him to the bathroom. As Seungmin brushed his teeth, Seokmin turned on the shower, adjusting the water to the perfect temperature. He watched his son for a moment, ensuring everything was okay, then patted Seungmin's shoulder before heading to the shower himself.

The hot water cascaded over Seokmin's muscled frame, washing away the stresses of his high-powered job. As he scrubbed the remnants of the night from his skin, he allowed himself a rare moment of peace. This day was for Seungmin, and he intended to make every moment count.

Just as Seokmin was stepping out of the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist, the doorbell rang. He paused, listening intently. Who could be visiting so early in the morning?

Seungmin, ever curious, trotted to the door. He stood on tiptoe to peer through the peephole, then slowly turned the knob and pulled the door open. Standing there was Joshua, a man whose beauty was as arresting as his reputation was fearsome. His eyes, dark and intense, locked onto Seungmin.

"Hi, Seungminnie," Joshua said, his voice low and edged with an unsettling blend of hatred and obsession.

Seungmin stood frozen, his large eyes staring up at Joshua. The trauma that had stolen his voice made him wary and silent. Joshua's presence filled the doorway with an air of danger, his gaze piercing and predatory.

Seokmin, sensing something was wrong, emerged from the bathroom, his broad chest and powerful arms still glistening with water. He stopped short, taking in the scene: his son standing mute and frightened, and Joshua, the notorious mafia leader, looming in their doorway.

"Joshua," Seokmin said, his voice a mix of surprise and suspicion. He tightened his grip on the towel around his waist, his mind racing. Joshua's eyes flickered to Seokmin, lingering on his exposed, muscular torso.

"Seokmin," Joshua replied, his tone chillingly casual. "I thought I'd drop by. Didn't realize you'd be... indisposed."

Seokmin stepped forward, his protective instincts flaring. "What do you want?" he demanded, his voice firm but measured, aware of Seungmin's presence and the need to keep the situation calm.

Joshua's gaze shifted back to Seungmin, a twisted smile playing at his lips. "I just wanted to say hello to the little one. And to you, of course."

Seokmin felt a surge of anger and fear. "You've said your hello. Now leave," he said, his voice cold and authoritative.

Joshua didn't move. Instead, he took a step closer, his eyes fixed on Seokmin. "You know, Seokmin, you're quite the sight," he said, his voice dripping with insinuation. "It's a shame you spend so much time hiding behind that lawyer's desk."

Seokmin's jaw clenched. "Joshua, get out. Now."

Joshua finally broke his gaze from Seokmin and looked back at Seungmin. "I'll be seeing you around, Seungminnie," he said softly, his words laced with a dark promise and looks at the lawyer, with a dark feeling in his eyes, gets closer and whispers softly in Seokmin's ear.
"Don't forget our moments we spent together, 𝐵𝑎𝑏𝑦𝑏𝑜𝑦."

With that, Joshua turned and walked away, leaving Seokmin standing in the doorway, his heart pounding and his mind reeling. He closed the door and turned to Seungmin, who looked up at him with wide, frightened eyes.

"It's okay, buddy," Seokmin said, pulling Seungmin into a reassuring hug. "He's gone now. Let's get you some breakfast."

But as Seokmin led his son to the kitchen, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that Joshua's visit had left behind. Joshua's intrusion was more than just a casual visit; it was a warning. And Seokmin knew that he would have to be more vigilant than ever to protect his son from the darkness that Joshua represented.
