Seokmin couldn't believe it had been seven months since he first entered Joshua's mansion. In the beginning, the attacks had been frequent and terrifying, shaking the very foundation of his soul. But as time passed, they began to diminish in intensity, becoming mere ripples compared to the tidal waves they once were. Seokmin knew he had to talk to Joshua about returning to his own home. His thoughts lingered on this conversation, how to approach it and what words to use. He was tired of Joshua's erratic schedule—coming home late, often inebriated, sometimes not coming home at all. And when he did, his demeanor would suggest he'd been with someone, the scent of alcohol and something far more intoxicating clinging to him.

Every time Joshua was home, he made it a point to get under Seokmin's skin. His eyes would linger a bit too long, his touches would be too gentle, and his words would be laced with innuendo. Seokmin would ignore it, keep his head down, and focus on Seungmin, their son, whose innocence was a balm to Seokmin's weary heart.

Today was different. Seokmin sensed it the moment he stepped into the living room. Joshua was home, a rarity these days. He was sitting on the floor, playing with Seungmin, who giggled at his antics. Joshua looked up, catching Seokmin's eye, and smiled—a slow, deliberate curve of his lips that sent a shiver down Seokmin's spine.

Joshua's attire was less than modest. He wore nothing but a long silk satin shirt, the deep red fabric hanging loosely over his frame, and underneath, just a pair of shorts. The way the silk clung to his body left little to the imagination. Seokmin’s eyes trailed down Joshua’s chest, lingering on the hint of cleavage that peeked through the slightly open shirt. He quickly looked away, embarrassed by his own wandering gaze.

Joshua smirked at Seokmin’s reaction, pushing his chest out a little, clearly enjoying the attention. “Something on your mind, Seokmin?” he teased, his voice a low purr.

Seokmin cleared his throat, trying to regain his composure. “I… I wanted to talk to you, Joshua. It’s been seven months. The attacks are under control now, and I think it’s time for me to go back to my own house. I can’t stay here forever.”

Joshua’s smirk didn’t falter. Instead, he lifted Seungmin into his arms, hugging the child close. “We’ll talk about it later,” he said dismissively, his gaze never leaving Seokmin’s. He turned to Seungmin and smiled, “It’s time for your nap, little one.”

Seungmin nodded, yawning as he rested his head on Joshua’s shoulder. Joshua carried him to his bedroom, gently placing him down and kissing his forehead. “Sleep well, my love,” he whispered before quietly shutting the door behind him.

Seokmin’s heart fluttered at the sight, the tenderness in Joshua’s actions catching him off guard. He had always known Joshua could be kind, but these moments were rare and fleeting. When Joshua returned to the living room, he found Seokmin standing awkwardly, hands clenched by his sides.

“You’re not going anywhere, Seokmin,” Joshua said calmly, leaning against the doorframe. “You belong here, with me. ”

Seokmin’s eyes narrowed. “I don’t belong to anyone, Joshua. I’m not your possession. I have my own life, my own home.”

Joshua pushed off the doorframe, walking slowly towards Seokmin, his movements fluid and graceful. “You’re right. You’re not my possession.” He stopped just in front of Seokmin, close enough that Seokmin could feel the heat radiating from his body. “But don’t you see? We’re all bound together now, Seokmin. You, me, Seungmin… this is our life.”

Seokmin tried to step back, but Joshua grabbed his wrist, pulling him closer. “Stop running away,” Joshua whispered, his lips brushing against Seokmin’s ear. “Stop pretending you don’t feel it too.”

Seokmin’s resolve wavered. “Feel what?” he asked, his voice barely more than a breath.

Joshua’s fingers traced down Seokmin’s arm, sending a shiver through him. “This pull between us,” Joshua said softly, his lips ghosting over Seokmin’s jaw. “The way your heart races when I’m near. The way your eyes linger on me, just like they did a moment ago. You felt that with your wife, didn't you?"

Seokmin closed his eyes, fighting the desire that surged within him. “This isn’t right, Joshua,” he managed to say, though his voice lacked conviction.

Joshua smirked, sensing victory. He pressed closer, his lips just a hair’s breadth away from Seokmin’s. “Then why don’t you push me away?”

Seokmin’s hands moved to Joshua’s chest, ready to shove him back, but instead, his fingers curled into the soft fabric of the shirt. Joshua’s smirk deepened, and he leaned in, his lips capturing Seokmin’s in a slow, deliberate kiss. Seokmin’s resistance crumbled as Joshua’s arms wrapped around him, pulling him into a searing embrace.

Joshua’s voice was a whisper against Seokmin’s lips. "Stay with me, you know you want to.... "

Joshua settled himself comfortably on Seokmin's lap while Seokmin was trying to push Joshua away, Joshua, his eyes dark with a mischievous glint. He leaned in close, his breath warm against Seokmin's ear. "Come on, Tesoro, "he murmured seductively. "Surrender."

Seokmin shivered as Joshua's lips brushed near his ear. "Be mine," Joshua continued, his voice a husky whisper. "You'll have everything. And I'll gladly burn down the world for you."

Joshua's lips hovered dangerously close to Seokmin's. "Come on, kiss me," he urged, pressing their chests together with a playful bump. "Give up, baby."

Unable to resist any longer, Seokmin's resolve melted away. He captured Joshua's lips in a fierce, passionate kiss, his hands roaming over Joshua's body with a desperate intensity.
