angel's journey to formula 1 is almost completed, but it has been anything but easy. being the only girl in formula 2 is hard, especially when she is facing many personal challenges.

it was the night before graduation, and i had arrived home from milton keynes not even an hour ago. but i had big news to announce, i signed the contract.
i was getting ready to go out for dinner, as i wanted to tell my parents about ollie and me. to not give it away, kimi had asked if he could bring ollie. our parents love him and agreed immediately, inviting him to stay the night.
i was sat at my mirror whilst doing my makeup when my phone starts ringing, ollie. i quickly answer it and put my phone on loud speaker.
(ollie's replies in bold)
"hey ol." "hey! what are you doing?" "just getting ready, you?" "i'm on my way over, i'll be 25 minutes." "so soon?" "yeah, can't wait to see you." "oh i haven't told my parents about us yet, but im telling them later. and another surprise." "what's the other surprise?" "that's for me to know, and you to find out." "come on, please?" "it will be better as a surprise, trust me." "okay, if you say so."
we talk until he was here and had to end the phone to come inside. i head downstairs to go and open the door for him once i hear his knock on the door.
his face lights up as i open the door, he puts his bags down and i hug him, wrapping my arms around his neck whilst he puts his around my waist. my feet lift off the ground because of the height difference.
once he places me back on the ground, he kisses my cheek before pulling away.
"hey." i say finally.
"you look so beautiful." he whisper, smiling at me as i close the door behind him.
"thank you, you don't look too bad yourself." i reply, blushing slightly.
"it's hard to look good next to you."
"come on, my parents will be excited to see you." i say at a normal volume before calling out to my parents.
i lead ollie into the kitchen, letting go of his hand before we enter.
"ollie! well aren't you getting taller!" mom says, smiling at him.
"thank you for letting me stay." he says politely.
"a friend of our twins is always welcome." dad says, patting ollie's back.
"where is kimi? doesn't he know his friend is here?" mom says to dad.
"i can take ollie upstairs." i say quickly.
"okay honey, oh and we are going in 10 minutes." mom says and i nod before taking ollie upstairs to kimi's room.
"are you not coming in?" ollie says.
"no, i need to change stupid." i say.
"okay, message me when your done so i can come in to your room."
"i will." i say, before heading into my room.
i find a simple outfit and change into it before messaging ollie.
