After Caine showed me around, Ragatha and Pomni took me to my room, and I saw them staring at each other when they thought no one would notice. Honestly, I thought it was kinda cute how they acted around each other. Ragatha was kind enough to warn me about Jax and his pranks, and I thanked her. She and Pomni left, and I opened the door, only to find a giant white and pink spider on my bed. (Those who know, you know the reference. For the fandom, tell me if you want me to make a "hazbin character x reader" in the comments.)

I shrieked, falling backwards, and I scrambled away but kept my eyes on it, but then heard a chuckle behind me. I looked over my shoulder to see Jax, who looked extremely amused.

"Oof, wow, you reacted even better than Ragatha did!" He chuckled, and I glared at him, thinking the spider was just a figurine. "Not funny, jack!@ 🎩#$." I retorted, shoving myself up to stand. He smiled innocently, and replied, "What's not funny?" I was about to respond, but as I turned around to point at the spider, it was gone.

"OH !@ 🎩#$ NO-" I shouted, and jumped into his arms, not wanting to be in a room with a spider and absolutely no idea where said spider was. He grinned, and caught me, holding me bridal style. "Oops~" He said quietly, and dropped me.

Jax's POV

I watched as Y/n fell to the ground, and was tempted to laugh as she let out a yelp of surprise. But then the unexpected happened; she grabbed one of the straps to my overalls, and pulled me down with her.

We collapsed on the ground together, one of her hands on my face, and I shoved her away. "What the !@ 🎩#$ was that for?!" I shouted, my face a bit red from embarrassment, and this time, Y/n smirked at me. It was kinda cute- wait what. No. Not cute. Annoying. Get it together Jax. "Just a little payback for the spider." She responded, and I turned away.

"Whatever, have fun finding it~" I said, getting up, my smile returning, along with my cocky tone, but she grabbed one of my rabbit ears and pulled me back down. "Oh, no you don't. You're helping me find it. And either you start now and I help you, or you're staying in this room 'til you find it on your own." I let out a yelp as she grabbed my ear, and responded, "Hey, ow, that hurt!"

"I don't care. Do you want my help, or not?" she asked, and I hesitated, then sighed. "Fine, but you'd better be helping me!" I said, and she nodded. "Of course." 

Y/n's POV

When Jax and I had finally found the spider, he picked it up, and glared at me, growling, "You're lucky I don't want to be seen in your room, otherwise this would've gone on a lot longer."

I just shrugged. "Either way, thanks for the help. Not that you would've needed to help if you hadn't put the spider there in the first place..." I replied, leaning against the wall, a bit bored. Jax just rolled his eyes, and muttered, "Bye." then walked out the door, cursing at himself. I closed the door, and went to lay down on my bed, grateful for the silence, when there was a knock on the door.

I sighed, and walked back over to the door, opening it to see Ragatha standing there worriedly. "Hey Y/n, are you ok? I just saw Jax coming out of your room and thought-"

I interrupted her, smiling a bit. "I'm fine, Ragatha. I just made him clean up the prank he tried to pull." Ragatha laughed slightly, glad that Jax was getting a bit of resistance instead of compliance like most of the time.

"Well, at least he's starting to get what's coming for him." She replied, smiling. I nodded, and said in a slightly exhausted tone, "Yup. Thanks for checking in on me, but I think I'll get some sleep now."

"Alright. See you later, Y/n!" Ragatha smiled, and I closed the door, listening to her walk away. Then I laid down on my bed, only to see...

"JAX YOU !@ 🎩#$HOLE GET OVER HERE!!"

Hi guys! Am I the only one who's confused as to how I literally finished and published four parts- IN TWO HOURS? Like, seriously, what is going on with my brain? Anyways, you guys are amazing, I'm hoping to get this story finished by maybe August 13.
