I Don't Care That You Broke Me- JaxXfem!reader fanfic

Kinda shizpost I think?

I know you guys probably weren't curious (and that I said I wouldn't add any more chapters) but I feel like I kind of owe you all the notes I put in my document that I had for following a story line, keeping it all together, making sure I didn't just completely lose sight of any plans ever, and just in general trying not to let the story flop. So, here is the original storyline I had planned, and... also you get to see how sidetracked I got with the story.

    Y/n spawns in, Jax teases her, Ragatha, Pomni, etc. comfort Y/n, Y/n goes to her room, Jax pranks, few months pass,Caine says today is just for rest, everyone goes & does their own thing, Y/n goes to the lake, Jax & Y/n arguing, Jax suddenly compliments her, Y/n pauses and is stunned, Jax wins the argument, Y/n is left blushing, she goes back to her room, Jax is caught sneaking in at around 3am, more arguing, Y/n falls asleep, dream of Jax teasing flirtatiously, Y/n wakes up, Jax is waiting on a block, he's been more teasing & rude towards Y/n than anyone, Y/n has started to like him, Jax has been sneaking into Y/n's room every night & being creepy, Y/n wakes up once & sees him, Jax hides before Y/n can register it, in the morning everyone plays T or D, Y/n is asked by Ragatha if she has a crush, Y/n says yes, Jax gets jealous, next night Jax is sitting by lake & Y/n goes there by coincidence, Jax accidentally says he likes Y/n then says its a prank & leaves, a week later Y/n corners him during an adventure alone & threatens then kisses him on cheek & leaves, Jax keeps quiet for rest of day, no one is sure why Jax is quiet but they're glad, next day Jax kisses Y/n while shes alone, (ask readers for suggestions at this point ig)

So yeah, I was... more than a little in my fantasy world about what they'd do, what would happen, so on and so forth, near the end. I mean, I love T or D, but it's really not like the group to all sit down in a circle and talk about themselves- nor is the personality of Jax very close to canon in the later parts. But basically, this is just a chapter for me to make fun of how I wrote in the past and how I thought a story should go, because... um.. it wasn't that good in my opinion. I mean, come on, Jax sneaking into our room and then hiding before we can register it? What was I thinking? Feel free to point out literally anything else wrong with the story, because I also appreciate the feedback. And now, the other note I made, just after the cuddling session chapter.

Caine is yelling at Jax, Jax becomes extremely rude towards y/n to keep her safe bc Caine threatened him and said "stop being with y/n or I'll make her abstract" and he didn't wanna risk it. PERFECT angst opportunity.

Turns out I also went a little off-the-script with this, but hey, I made it work. You guys were happy with it, too, right? I hope you were, at least; and of course I can re-write the ending if you all would prefer that, too. 

I'd also like to share the date of which I started this book. I began writing the reference page on May 22, 2024, eight months and one week ago. I started writing the actual story on June 11th, 2024, seven months, two weeks, and five days ago. I'd already written multiple books before then, though I'd never posted any. Some of the books include rather uh... childish fanfiction concepts with little to no actual storyline, such as one called "The Crewmate's Imposter", an Among Us fanfiction where... I believe the crewmate and imposter are close friends, and then it turns out the crewmate is also an imposter...? I have no idea where I thought that was going, but I did not think it through, that's for sure.

Another one is called "The Darknight's Dalliance", which isn't actually about batman but about a character from Genshin Impact named Diluc, shipped with an NPC at a flower shop named Donna, who is an absolute simp for him. Diluc also shares a voice actor with Kinger, which is funny because they have very different personalities.

I also made an "If I was in Gravity Falls", where I was twelve again, starting on the episode where Gideon summons Bill. It uh.. it didn't get very far, if you're wondering.

The last one- which I'm in the process of making, and will hopefully be publishing somewhere in August- is a Hazbin Hotel fanfiction without a Y/N, parts of which are based on the leaks that happened a few months ago concerning season 2.

Sooooo... yeah. That's what I have planned, what I had planned, and what I have going on in my life as a non-professional writer; As someone somewhere once said, c'est la vie, je supposer (meaning 'that's life, I suppose').
