Ultimately, Miss Zera and Sir Migz got the trophy and that's a no doubt, they both rocked the performance. Audiences came flooding the moment they step out of the ice rink.

My foot automatically wandered to her. I should've leave the area after my wretched discourse with Milton but I found myself aiming to save her from the chaotic crowd but her man brought her off before me. I can't do anything but to watch them leave the location.

Kahit na medyo wala na ako sa sarili ay pinilit kong pumunta sa laro ng pinsan ko. I thought watching her game would help me gain back my vigor yet I was wrong.

"Vaughn? Why are you ignoring our calls?" bungad na tanong ni Pristine.

They seem newly arrived dahil na rin sa pagmamadali nila.

"I left it in my condo" walang gana kong saad bago ipinagkrus ang mga bisig sa dibdib.

"Eh did you watch Ms. Del Valle's performance naman ba?" tanong naman ni Vanika na umupo sa tabi ko.

I angled my face at her and slightly batted my lashes upon hearing the question. Parang mas gugustuhin ko pang 'di na lang ako umattend ngayon at natulog na lang kaysa makumpirmang may relasyon na nga silang dalawa.

"No. I was late, kakarating ko lang din" pagsisinungaling ko bago ibinalik ang tingin sa harapan.

The game will start in five minutes pero tila lumilipad ang isip ko sa ibang bagay. I didn't even notice that Pristine was poking my waist.

"Ano ba? Papansin ka ba?"

"Tanga tingnan mo kase" saad niya bago itinuro 'yung kaliwang direksyon gamit ng nguso.

Cocking my head, I laid my eyes on the two distinguished individuals of Livingston University walking their way on the aisle where we are staying. Nakukuha na nilang dalawa ang atensyon ng lahat lalo na't ngayon lang din ata sila nanood ng Sports Festival kung kailan last day na, malas lang at nagkataong nandito pa ako.

Napansin kong nakapagpalit na si Ma'am Zera into casual outfit but she's still wearing her peachy make-up that makes her appear more youthful and glowing. Mabilis kong inilihis ang tingin nung mapansin niya ako.

"Ano wala kang sasabihin?" tila dismayadong tanong ni Pristine.

"What do you want me to say then?" she's starting to annoy me again. Kung gusto niya lumipat siya ng upuan para makatabi niya si ma'am hindi yung ako ang ginugulo niya.

"Why are you acting like a freaking grumpy old lady, Vaughn? Napakasungit mo" komento nito pero hindi ko na lang inintindi.

Everyone's cheering for each team pero wala akong maramdamang pagkatuwa except sa nabalitaan kong nadismiss si Ryka sa team nila. Karma really finds its way talaga.

The first half of the game just ended and players are now taking their break. Tumayo yung dalawa kaya nagtatakang tiningnan ko sila.

"Where are you two going?"

"Rest room" then they shared meaningful glances.

"Alright, basta bilisan ninyo" I dismissed but before they could completely leave, I called for Pristine again.

"You don't bring Vanika anywhere, Pristine. Huwag mong idamay sa kalokohan mo 'yan" bilin ko rito.

"What the heck? It's not like I'm going to sell her to—"
