Chapter 12

I walked up the stairs. Suddenly I came to a room, I stopped and looked at it. I went into the room, I couldn't help but feel like I've been in here before, suddenly a memory came back...

••FLASHBACK••

I walked into the very well light house. I didn't know that a house could literally shine so bright.

"Well if you will just follow me,"
Nathan said

I followed him upstairs to his bedroom, 'there were a lot of rooms up here I' thought.

We walked into his room and I jumped onto his bed.

"So, do you start with the easy stuff first or go straight into hardcore, wrecking ball stuff?"
I asked

"Well I was thinking-,"

Then somebody walked into the room, I jumped up in embarrassment and fear. But I didn't know this person, he was tall with brown eyes, with black hair.

"Hey, Nathan I was wondering if we can go get a bite-" the mystery guy stopped talking, and looked at me.

"Well, hello there," he said in a low voice.

"Um, Tyler this is Rose," Nathan said, "and Rose this is Tyler, my brother,"

••END OF FLASHBACK••

I stumbled back and hit the wall behind me. I was breathing heavily. Felicia and Kaytie run up to me, "what's wrong Rose?!" Kaytie said picking me up from the floor.

"I, I...I," I couldn't talk. I started crying, I don't even know why, I suddenly felt alone. I felt like I'm forgetting something or someone that is very important in my life!

Nathan's POV

I felt so guilty! How could I do that to Rose? I just got her back, why was I so careless?! 

"You're an idiot, Nathan" I thought to myself

"You're not an idiot Nathan," Lucy said walking towards me, "Actually you're quiet smart. Who know's what I would have done to that precious Rose of yours," She said cupping my face with her hands. I grabbed her hands and pushed her away, "Why are you mad at me?! You made her forget all about you, I didn't tell you to do that!"

"No, you wanted me just to get up and leave her! If I didn't take away her memories she would be feeling what I'm feeling right now!" I yelled back at her

"And what do you feel right now!?" She said stepping closer to me

"Pain! I feel like someone is eating at my heart, one piece at a time!"

"That's weakness, Nathan. She was holding you down, and you know that!" she put her hand on my shoulder. I pushed her, she went flying to the opposite side of the room. She hit the wall and fell into a heap on the floor. 

I ran out the door. I hopped into the car and speed off to find my Rose, Again.

Rose's POV

"Rose!" I opened my eyes and Wyatt came into view. I wrapped my arms around his neck, he instantly wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me closer to him. 

"What happened Wyatt?" I whispered in his ear

"I don't know, Rose," He said pulling away from me. He leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on my lips, I ran my fingers through his mess of hair. I suddenly felt empty and alone, I pulled away and got up from the bed I was laying on 

"I'm sorry," Wyatt whispered. I turned around and say he was holding an ax in his hand

"Wyatt?" 

He looked up at me. His eyes were pitch black and I couldn't feel happiness radiating off him as usual, "What? Are you scared Rose? Because you should be," He said walking slowly towards me 

"Wyatt this isn't you, come on stop," I said backing away from him

"Oh, Rose, this is me, the real me. I just didn't except it before,"

"Please stop Wyatt," I said as tears ran down my cheeks

"I can't. You're a monster, I kill monsters," I was backed against the wall. Wyatt brought the ax closer to my neck, "I think I want your head, if that's okay with you of course," I was about to speak when Wyatt spoke up again

"Wait, why am I asking you, you'll be dead anyway," He said with a sickening grin. He brought the ax away from my neck and swung.
