Chapter 5

🌸Lucy's POV🌸

I hated her! I hated that she had the life I always wanted and most of all she had Nathan. MY Nathan! She made my blood boil. I was walking to Nathan and Tyler's house to charm them with my sarcasm. When I was almost there and I saw Rose storm out of the house and plop down on the stairs.

She huffed in frustration, 'oh I'm sorry Nathan for dying! It's not my fault, it wasn't my decision to go to that stupid bomb factory!' She thought to herself. Oh this is completely perfect. I walked slowly to her. When I was close enough to her I spoke, "oh but Rose it is your fault!" She looked up in anger and shock, I simple just waved at her, "What do you want Lu-," before she could finish that sentence I punched her. Man that felt so good! She looked up at me.

"Goodnight Rose," I kicked her in the face, and BAM, she was out cold!

"And hello Nathan," I dragged Rose to the sewer next to the house and dumped her body on the ground. I changed into Rose. I loved pretending to be her! I fixed my hair and walked into the house. Man, it was like a circus tent in the house. There was Ben with Kaytie, Tyler with Felicia (EWW), and Nathan sitting alone in the study across the hall where everyone else was conversing with each other. He had his head in his hands and was looking down at the floor. I (I mean Rose) knocked on the door. He sat up and looked at me (Rose) and searched my eyes.

"Hey Nathan," I said looking at him, he was still searching my eyes. He got up from his seat and walked over to me (Rose) and kissed me softly on the lips. I pulled him closer to me, he gently wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me off the ground. I smiled at how playful he was being. He set me back on the ground and pulled away.

"I'm sorry Rose," he said looking (again) at my eyes,

"No, I'm sorry Nathan. I shouldn't have been harsh on you. I mean you wanted to break up with me and I complete-"

"What?!" He asked looking at me in an accusing way, "Rose we didn't talk about that?!"

"Oh, we didn't?" I said backing away from him. I turned away from him but he grabbed me from behind and whispered in my ear, "no we didn't Rose, or should I say Lily!?" I started laughing.

"Man you are getting good at kissing did you know that," he let go of my waist and pushed me to the wall. he walked over to the door and closed it. He returned to me.

"Where is Rose!?" He said in a harsh tone

"Now why would I tell you, when you have a better version of Rose right in front of you?"

"You are NOTHING like Rose. My Rose is caring, beautiful and respectful. The same can not be said about you!"

I grew angry and turned back into myself. He looked deep into my eyes, "do you want to know how I figure out you're Lucy and not Rose?" He asked

"Sure, educate me great and noble Nathan!"

"I simple look into your eyes," he said in a calm voice he took a step closer to my pushing me closer to the wall. I could feel his breath on my lips and I wanted to kiss him. I wanted to so bad! But he spoke again, "Rose has life in her eyes and joy, and makes me feel happy on the inside. But when I look into your eyes all I see is hatred, pain, and suffering!" He stepped away from me. I looked down at the ground ashamed of what I did.

I made my way to the door to only be stopped by Nathan, " I would like to leave Nathan. You embarrassed me enough,"

"Lucy I don't have to embarrass you," he said he took his finger and put it under my chin and made look up, "you do that by yourself," I pushed him away and walked out the door. to only be stopped by him again. His grip grew tighter and tighter around my wrist, suddenly he through me back into the room and onto a chair.

"Your not going anywhere until you have told me where you put Rose!"

🌹Roses POV🌹

My head was killing me! I woke up to the sudden smell In my nose. I opened my eyes to find I was in a sewer. I stood up and made my way to the light. Why did Lucy do this to me? Why did she not just kill me?! I made it to the outside world and breathed the fresh air in my nose.

I realized that I wasn't far from the house. I ran to the house and ran through the door. I startled Everybody in the house, "where is Nathan?" I said looking around.

"I think he is in the study?" Tyler said looking at me, "hey I thought you already came into the house?" I froze up. 'Lily!?' I turned to face Tyler, "Tyler that wasn't me," he mad a face then an angry face he got up from the couch and walked over to the closed study door, "Lily,"he said in a low whisper.

"Yep," suddenly Tyler broke down the door and found Lucy sitting in a chair talking to Nathan. They both looked up in surprise. Nathan looked worried, his eyes finally fell on me and smiled he jumped up from his seat and ran over to me. He pulled me into a big embrace.

"Are you okay?!" He said pulling me away

"Yeah, I'm fine," I said looking into the room to find Tyler beating the living crap out of Lily. Nathan walked away from me and took Tyler's arm and dragged him away from Lily.

"Stop," Nathan said, "she's had enough," Tyler huffed and walked out of the room and sat next to Felicia.

Lily started laughing, "oh, Tyler you are so weak! You're letting Nathan boss YOU around?! I thought you were the older one?" She continued to laugh. I walked pass Nathan and punched her in the face. She fell to the ground and cupped her face, "OW!"

"Leave! Leave now, or I swear I will kill you!" I yelled down to Lucy

"YEAH! Go Rose! Show her whose boss!" I heard Felicia exclaim in the other room. Lucy got up from the floor and walked to the door. But before she left she pulled Nathan into a slobbery kiss on the lips. I felt my face heat up with rage and disgust. He pushed her away he grabbed her arm and walked her to the door. he opened the door and pushed her out, "I'm sorry Nat-," he slammed the door in her face. He put his fingers through his hair and looked back at me.

He took big strides to me and when he finally reached me he cupped my face and pulled me into a hard rough kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he wrapped his arms around my waist, Pulling my closer. He pulled away a little and said, "I'm so sorry Rose, she ambushed me that kiss meant nothing," I kissed him again. "I know," a smile appeared on his lips.

"GET A ROOM!" Tyler yelled from the other room. Nathan and I pulled away from each other and laughed, "gladly," Nathan said picking me up.

"No, Nathan put me down, right now!" I said playfully hitting him. He finally gave up and sat me down on the ground. "Okay, okay you win!" He held up his hands in surrender.

I began to walk away from him, but he put his hand on my waist and lower back pulling my back, "I love you Rose Wilsburg," he whispered in my ear. I turned around to face him. I wrapped my arms around his neck, he put his hands on my waist. "And I love you Nathan Wonder," I pushed his lips to mine. His lips started to leave my mouth and make their way down to my neck. I wish this feeling never had to end!
