The school was finally over and jeongin was so glad it got over without him having to face eunhoo alone. Jeongin could tell that eunhoo will try to make it hard for him to survive in this school for the remaining 5 months, so he decided to avoid eunhoo at all cost.
Jisung, minho and jeongin were now heading towards the bus station. The other boys didn't live that far away from the school so they didn't use bus, but the three of them did. Usually jisung and minho would use the same bus because they live close by and jeongin would wait for his bus to arrive, but this time, it was a bit different.
As they were waiting in the bus stop, another figure made his way and stood a little too close to jeongin. Jeongin was obviously startled because he was in his own mind.
Minho and jisung both noticed that and looked to see it was the same boy from earlier, eunhoo. Jeongin gulped as he felt small besides eunhoo. Eunhoo acted as if he just noticed them and gave a smile (fake).
"Hey guys, are you too using the bus?" He asked, minho rolled his eyes as he grabbed jeongin by his hand switched places, so now he was besides eunhoo and jeongin was in between him and jisung. Jeongin was caught off guard by this but didn't say anything.
" What does it look like?" Eunhoo chuckled as he shook his head. "Sorry, that was a stupid question" minho kept quiet as he looked front. Soon enough his and jisung's bus arrived, but minho was hesitant to leave jeongin here all alone with that new boy.
"Uh- han?" He called out, "yes hyung?" "You go ahead, I'll drop by jeongins' and go home" minho said as both jisung's and jeongin's eyes widened. "Do you need something from him?" Jisung asked as minho nodded. "Yeah, go home safely" minho said as jisung nodded and entered the bus which soon took off.
Eunhoo was besides them and he was observing but minho and jeongin. Eunhoo wasn't stupid, he could tell that minho did that for jeongin, to which he internally smirked.
'found something to mess with, finally'
Jeongin didn't know why minho did that, but then again, minho was full of twists. "I didn't know you guys were close" eunhoo spoke again as minho rolled his eyes.
"Whether we're close or not, it's none of your business anyways" minho spoke harshly. "Woah...i was just trying to be friendly" eunhoo acted hurt as dramatically put his hands on his heart.
Soon enough the other bus came and before jeongin had the time to think of anything, minho grabbed him by his hand and they entered the bus. Minho payed for both of them as they sat down, jeongin sat down on the window seat while minho besides him.
After making sure that eunhoo wasn't following them, jeongin sighed in relief. He looked at minho who had his graze up front. He slowly looked towards his hands while he was fiddling with.
"T-thank you...minho hyung" he said quietly, making minho look at him fot a few seconds before diverting his graze again. "Don't thank me, it's just that i don't like him, that's all" minho said but jeongin knew that somewhere deep down there, minho did this to help him too. He just smiled to himself a little and kept quiet, looking outside the window, he didn't realise his eyes getting heavy as he finally closed them.
Minho, who was looking forward, was surprised to feel a heavy weight on his shoulder. He looked to see that jeongin was sound asleep, he would be lying if he said that his heart didn't skip a bit.
He hurriedly looked away as he kept quiet. Choosing to let jeongin rest until they reach the destination.

"Hey, wake up" jeongin slowly opened his eyes , when he realised that he had slept in the bus, on minho's shoulder. "I-i'm sorry -"
"It's fine or whatever, you should go home now, it's the stop" minho said, not looking at jeongin. "B-but what about you?" Jeongin asked as minho shrugged. "I'll stop at another bus stop and take another bus to home"
Jeongin felt really bad for minho, having to do all of these things just for him, not even knowing the actual reason behind jeongin being afraid of eunhoo.
"It's too late, y-you should stay in mine tonight" jeongin suggested ad minho looked at him. "I-i will feel bad i-if you go through all t-the struggle for me" jeongin admitted, avoiding eye contact when he knew Minho's staring at him.
"Are you sure?" He heard minho say as he nodded his head. "Alright then, lead the way"
