- minho's pov -
Home...i never knew home until i met jeongin, and the fact that i was separated from him, right now- i didn't know what to do. I was hurt and i was broken to be separated from him.
What does someone except from me? I was very well conscious a few minutes after they knocked me out like i am a threat. My head hurts, like a bitch.
My innie, his safety is all that matters to me yet i can't see him. I heard the cars moving, and i could hear the seat buckling, but i very well knew that we are going somewhere i can't even imagine.
I'm scared, where is it that we're going? What is it that we'll be doing? Will we be safe from the zombies? And as they say- will it be busan?
It must be hours before i hear the wheels of the vehicle stop and the trunk opens, calling out to me. They pulled me up and dragged my body along the gravel as i see nothing but black. A rag was covering mt face, so i couldn't see a thing.
I sensed someone walking close to me, and the familiar scent made me realize who it was. Jisung, my tongue felt bitter as i spoke of his name. A few hours and i was already betrayed.
"Minho...i am sorry..." And for some reason, i wanted to hear more of what he had to say, but he moved away as i sensed and heard his footsteps, stepping away from me.
Disappointment writhes within me.
I was pushed down on an arm chair, or that's what it felt like. I felt them cutting off the cable ties, that were tied around my wrist and then they pulled off the rag.
The light was blinding as i tried to open my eyes, and as i did i was astonished. We were at a campsite, and i was seated on the bed. What the fucking hell?
The man smiled before answering.
"Home, lee minho, you're home- in busan. The only safe place in the country, away from zombies"
"W-what?" He then sighed, before motioning jisung to leave the tent and he did, leaving me alone with the man and his bodyguards. He took a chair and sat down in front of me.
"Yes, we're currently on the outskirts of busan- and the only entryway which lead to the safest place in the country. Even though, most of busan has been mauled by the zombies, we were able to conjure a piece of land for the survivors"
I was shocked, i knew busan was the safe place here but i didn't know so much. The information was classified the moment the mission was handed over ro us.
"W-who are you?" I was trying my best not to stutter, not only because of the fear but also the pain that kept on resurfacing on my leg.
He chuckled in embarrassment.
"I'm sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Bangchan, and i am the head commander of the military force of south Korea"
Bangchan? Huh, i never heard of him. But then again, i never knew the military force. I nodded at him and two figures walked into the room.
One was a doctor and the other was a assistant, maybe.
"Dr.kim seungmin here will treat your wounds so that you're ready for duty in a few days, or possibly a few hours"
Duty? In a few hours? I didn't notice the pain as the doctor was pressing on my wounds because i was too interested in the conversation between bangchan and sergeant kai.
"A train, specifically from seoul has been reported on the tracks of suwon, heading straight towards the end terminal of busan. It seems that they have seen quite a bloody situation"
