'What the hades have you done?' I screamed hysterically at the almost ecstatic looking love goddess.
'Me nothing, or at least nothing compared to what you two have been up to. Oh and thanks for waking up sleeping beauty Perseus.' She giggled and sure enough the goddess who was using me as a cushion began fidgeting on my chest before her eyes snapped open and we stared at each other. Now usually this was nothing new however the fact neither of us was wearing anything kinda did well other than a thin blanket over our lower halves. The terror running through me stopped me staring at her though.
'Err this isn't my fault so please don't kill me.' I practically begged well aware of my rather compromising position.
'Where is she?' Artemis growled out menacingly causing me to swallow nervously.
'Hi Artie, long night was it. Who would have known you had it in you.' Aphrodite chipped in and I felt Artemis stiffen before her head slowly turned towards the sound of her voice.
'Do you have any idea what you have done you fucking whore?' Well she was taking this better than I was expecting.
'More than you do I bet besides all I did was speed up inevitability.' She replied cheerily causing Artemis to do a very good impression of Nemea as she practically growled in anger. So Aphrodite had decided that suicide by goddess was a good way to go and I was her implement.
'What the hades did we do to deserve this you self centered bitch.' I demanded from her angrily.
'You Percy nothing other than a few insults, Arty has been a thorn in my side for a millennia. Besides 1 down, 2 to go. I think Athena won't be that hard after Arty here. Bet you regret all that chastisement now, all the pain you inflicted on those who found love now.' She said cruelly and I could not believe that she had done this as if it was a game.
'I.. am.. gonna.. kill.. you.. Bitch.' Artemis slowly said and I noticed her body glowing golden as she spoke as if ready to unleash her true form. Great Aphrodite was causing her to go nuclear and I was literally at ground zero.
'I wouldn't do that if I was you, you wouldn't want to harm the child.' She said with a smile and once again Artemis froze and I couldn't blame her. No no no this was not happening, please let this be a dream, a seriously fucked up dream. I refused to believe this was happening.
(Artemis)
This was not possible it was beyond belief that she had made us do what we had done and for that she would pay.
'What did you say?' I stammered out.
'What's the matter goddess of Childbirth and don't even recognize the truth. You two were awfully busy last night even if it was a little what the word... 'special' to watch.'
I wasn't even listening to what she said after as the revelation did hit me of what she said before.
'No...It...Is...Not...Possible...It can't be.' I muttered yet deep down I knew I was lying to myself, she spoke the truth after all it was my domain to recognize pregnancies.
'Please say this is not happening.' Percy said panicky. Great job I find out my arch enemy has managed to get me to break my oath and also pregnant and he is the one freaking out.
'Unlucky Percy, ask dear Artie she knows it is true, don't you.'
'You will not go unpunished, pregnancy is not permanent. What I will do to you will be.' I stated more as a matter of fact rather than a threat.
'Is she serious?' Percy said calming down a little as he looked into my eyes and seemingly reading the truth from them.
I was expecting more hysterics to be honest what I was not expecting was what actually happened. As the look on his face changed from worry, to concern, to understanding to anger which was complemented by the fact his eyes slowly began to shift as well turning completely golden and I began to get worried as he slowly turned his head towards the goddess and all I saw was outright hatred.
