(Y/n)'s POV
From a distance I saw the other cadets gathered at one point, why were they still there and not retreating to headquarters, this was strange and where were the elite garrison troops? Did they abandon the cadets and use us as bait for the titans?
"(Y/N)! Conny said
"Please take care of Hannah, she still seems shocked by what happened, Franz has died," i said
"...., okay," said Conny
I still feel pain in my left chest, I haven't received early help for my rib wounds, unfortunately now there will be no help from the wall troops.
"(y/n)... that wound of yours.... are you okay?" said Krista
"I'm fine, relax" I replied
"Oi Jean, how is it?" Conny said
"What can we do? Even though we have received orders to retreat, because we ran out of gas, we can't cross the wall... we will all die because of those cowards!" said Jean resignedly
"You mean the reinforcements? What happened to them? Are they all dead?" said Conny
"Maybe they don't want to fight anymore, they can't just abandon their mission and take refuge in the castle," said Jean
"But it looks like the titans have surrounded the castle," I said
No wonder there was no gas supply given to us, the midfield cadets. Damn those crybabies.
"But we can't just stay here, we have to fight the titans, the titans could surround us here too! If we keep running away we will just waste our gas. If we don't maneuver, it will all be over!" Conny said
"It's amazing that you can express such clever opinions, Conny. But what can we do with the few remaining troops?" said Jean
He wasn't wrong, our troops were only left with cadets who had lost their will to fight, there was no way anyone could lead this operation, Mikasa suddenly appeared.
"Mikasa? Aren't you in the back row?" said Sasha
"What should I do now, I can't possibly say that Eren is dead, right? I'm really dead now" I thought
"Annie, sorry to bother you. Did you see Eren's squad?" said Mikasa
"No, there wasn't anyone climbing the wall either," said Annie
"But if Armin is there," said Reiner while pointing at Armin
Mikasa ran towards Armin
"Armin, are you hurt?" Mikasa said
Armin could only shake his head, it seemed like he was really devastated by this situation. Mikasa breathed a sigh of relief and looked around, apparently looking for Eren
"Where is Eren, I don't see him anywhere?" Mikasa asked Armin
With a heavy heart, he looked at Mikasa with a gloomy face and tears in his eyes. Mikasa was surprised by Armin's condition.
