A month has passed since recruitment, and tomorrow is the day when the 57th expedition takes place. We young recruits are preparing expedition equipment.
"Hey Mikasa, help me a bit-" I was cut off
"Sasha, help me lift this box," said Mikasa distractedly
"???, is she ignoring me again?" I said
I feel like lately he's been ignoring me, have I done something wrong to him? I remember that several times I called her, Mikasa kept changing the conversation or deliberately avoiding me. Should I just follow Mikasa secretly?
and I do followed Mikasa quietly until I got to the back of the cabin where she put a box
"is it rude peeping someone like this? What do you intend to do?" Mikasa realized that I had been following her
"Sharp as always" I said
"What do you want?" Mikasa asked
"just one question, Why are you ignoring me, Mikasa? Did I make a mistake on you??" I asked
Mikasa flinched at my question
"Why...." said Mikasa
Mikasa suddenly threw a fast punch, I reacted to the punch by dodging, Mikasa threw two punches and I blocked both attacks with my hands. Then Mikasa threw her fist back and I protected my head, but it was just a feint attack and she kicked my waist with a full roundhouse kick. I jumped backwards to gain distance.
"What do you think you're doing?!" I said
"shut up..SHUT UP!" Mikasa replied
Mikasa launched an attack that was more aggressive and brutal than before, I couldn't put up any resistance because it would hurt Mikasa. Blow after blow was thrown at me, the uppercut that was delivered broke my defense and Mikasa did a back kick but I managed to block it with both my hands and the kick pushed me backwards.
"why...why... Why do you always bother me! Even when I was with Eren, you always interfered! Pretending to care about me! LEAVE ME ALONE AND JUST DIE ALREADY!!!" Mikasa said with explosive anger, her breath coming out in short gasps.
I was shocked by Mikasa's attitude like this, I could only remain silent hearing her words, but it felt like my heart was being torn apart, split and crushed into pieces. Unbelievable, my childhood friend could change so much like this, not only forgetting me, but now really hating me. What made her act like this?
"Fine... I won't" I said and left Mikasa alone
"why...I don't understand...why do you hate me this much? I really don't get it Mikasa" I said in my mind

1 day has passed, today is the day when the 57th expedition was carried out
"We've lured away all nearby titans!" said one of the squad leaders
"thirty seconds until the gate is open!" said the garrison soldier
"It's time! In mere moments, mankind will advance once again. Show us what you're made of! Said the squad leader
"UWOOOOH!" the enthusiastic shout of the survey corps troops
"Open the gates!"
"Forward!!" said Erwin
