w ~~~~~~~~~~(Y/n) POV~~~~~~~~~~
I woke up in a bright morning
"It's time huh..."
Today is the recruitment of new military members who will be the force to fight titans, I am one of them.
"WHO ARE YOU?!" The bald-headed man with panda eyes shouted
"I am Armin Arlelt from Shiganshina! Said Armin
"Is that so? WHAT A STUPID NAME! Did your parents give you that name?!" Said the bald man
"My grandfather gave me this name!" Armin answered
"Arlelt, I ask you one thing, why did you come here?" asked the bald man
"To help humanity win, sir!" Armin answered
"Hah, what a great goal, I will make you food for the titans! Now face the back" said the bald man
A short conversation between the yellow-haired boy and the bald man. The bald man asked the new recruits one by one, but there were times when he ignored the others, it seemed like the man knew which ones had experienced unpleasant memories in their lives. The bald man stopped in front of me and looked at me
"Kid, who are you?" The bald man asked me
"I'm (y/n), I'm from shiganshina district" I said
The bald man just stared at me silently and I stared back at him
"Huh, those eyes are nice, I hope they don't fall out of place," said the bald man
"Yes, sir!" Answer me
The bald man went and asked questions rudely until time passed until the afternoon, we were given free time to rest while waiting for dinner time to arrive. I chilled on the cabin porch with some of the other new recruits.
"It's really crazy, that potato girl is still running, it's been 5 hours," said the brown-haired man named Eren Yeager
"I heard he comes from the village of Dauper.... Dauper, a village that comes from the mountains, huh..." said the man with close-cropped gray hair named Connie Springer
I saw from a distance a horse-drawn carriage carrying a number of people in it
"What's that?" Eren asked, looking at the horse-drawn carriage
"failure carriage..." I answered
"You mean?" Eren asked curiously
"They are failed people who will be taken to the development center," answered one of the women named Mina Caroline
"No way, it's only been a day..." Said Armin
"It can't be helped, the weak have to go, only the strong survive," I said flatly
"Ugh... You're really cold (y/n)" Connie said
"Whatever" I answered
I walked away from the cabin to get some fresh air around the military camp, while looking around.
"Oi, where are you going, dinner time is almost here," said Connie
"I want to take a walk for a while," I answered
This military camp is quite large as a branch military camp on Paradis Island. There are several cabins where new recruits can rest, which are divided into two separate cabins for men and women. While walking while looking around I accidentally bumped into someone.
"Look where you're go-"
My words stopped in front of a black-haired woman, I stared at her for a long time while remaining silent.
