3rd POV

"Something's strange...it's been a while since the red smoke signal was fired, but we've yet to regroup with the right flank...don't tell me" said Armin in his mind

A flare gun was fired and showed black smoke indicating the abnormal presence of a Titan. and sure enough, an abnormal titan ran fast towards Armin. Followed by squad leaders Ness and Sys

"Damn, guess we have no other choice but to fight. Sys, you get its nape! I'll stop it in its tracks!" Ness said

"Roger!" Sys answered

"Fighting with the device on level ground is clearly unfavorable, the chance of success is extremely low, but I can't risk having the formation torn apart. Arlert should be over there, I don't want to let a new recruit run into one of these. We'll kill it here!" Said ness in his mind

Ness stood on his horse and fired his anchor and stuck it into the titan's abnormal leg and then maneuvered. With a full push of the ODM Gear's gas, Ness managed to cut the titan's leg so it fell.

"Now, Sys!" shouted Ness

Sys launched from the air and cut the nape of the abnormal titan, the abnormal titan was successfully removed. From afar, Armin observed the courage of squad leader Ness and his friend Sys

"Squad leader Ness did it!... Eh...?" Armin saw from a distance the appearance of an unexpected figure

"Sir!" Sys nimbly fired the anchor and stuck it in the female titan's nape, with a boost of gas Sys maneuvered towards the titan's nape. However, suddenly, with her hand, the Female Titan hit Sys with the back of her hand, causing him to fly away and die.

"Shit!" Ness moved and tried to kill the female titan, but when Ness shot his anchor, the titan suddenly grabbed his anchor and swung it down and slammed it down. Unfortunately, the squad leader died instantly. Armin, who saw this, could only remain silent in surprise.
