A cold breeze causes Merla to stir out of her slumber. Her eyes slowly opened, questioning why she could feel air in her dorm when the Slytherin common rooms were well bellow ground.

Her eyes focuses quickly as she realized she was not in fact in her dorm, but in the cellar where she spent her summer.

Panic spread through her veins. The chair next to her, where Duri always resided was empty. Nothing but a pool of blood left on the ground to remind her he was there.

He was there.

Where is he now?

The door creaked open slowly. Merla looked up as dread filled her. She heard footsteps approaching. A hand on her shoulder startled her. Tilting her head up she came face to face with the one and only Voldemort.

A nasty laugh escaped his stank mouth, causing Merla to shutter. "Welcome bac-" Voldemort started, but was cut off as saliva hit his face.

Merla regretted it as soon as she did it. But, she couldn't help it. A dark look cast over Voldemorts face. He stood up straight and walked infront of Merla.

"Bring in the girl!"

Merla sat up straight. Her head peering around Voldemort to see a death eater dragging in a screaming girl.

The veil around her head was yanked off to reveal a crying Kara. Voldemort twiddled a strand of her golden hair. "In case you need a reminder of who is really powerful here."

He raised his wand, pointing it at the back of Kara's head. "No!" Merla pulled forward, the slack of the chains that once held her fell free to the floor.

Her hands reached forward, but she was too late. "Avada Kedavra!"

"Kara!" Merla shout out of bed, her hands reached out infront of her.

"Merla?" Kara frowned, confused on what Merla was dreaming of to cause her to wake up cradling her face.

The two sat up quickly. Merlas hands ran all around Kara's face and hair. "What the fuck?"

Kara pulled Merlas hands away slowly from her face by her wrists. "Hey, you're alright." Kara pulled Merla into a hug, cradling her head into her neck.

"I- had a dream." Merla whispered, feeling her throat clog up. "You died.."

Hands rubbed up and down Merlas back. "I'm still here."

Merla pulled away, looking around the dorm. "Where is everyone else?"

"Went to grab some breakfast, which you should eat."

"I think I'll throw it up."

Karas frown deepened. "Maybe just some blueberries?"

Merla shook her head.
