CAREX NARRATES;
Weeks later, Lisa's burial service took place but for some unknown reason, Issa never showed up. Things became pretty heated as everyone became extremely confused about which of the Shelton twins was dead and began demanding to know what was happening. The place got crowded as people flooded inside the church to get a statement from the to be president and her wife.

How low can people actually stoop these days? I mean their daughter just died and all they cared about was politics. Well because of how wild things were, Lisa's burial took place even way earlier than expected and I couldn't even get the chance to bid my best friend a final farewell.

"Hey Rylie.... It's okay..." My brother uttered as he caressed my hand comfortingly. "No it's not... They're disrespecting her funeral! She deserved so much better than this..." I muttered out crying as my brother hugged me tight crying alongside. Apparently the Shelton's decided to keep the identity of their dead daughter a secret so people didn't actually really know which of the twins was alive and which wasn't except for my brother and some family friends.

For some reason Lisa's parents thought I was the cause of their daughter's death and maybe they're right, but if they had not upset her in the first place, maybe all these unpleasantness could have been avoided. Well the funeral was a total failure and I was taken back home without even saying a final goodbye to Lisa which pretty much sucked more than anything.

"Carex come on you have to eat something... You can't go on like this.." my brother said as he tried desperately to get me to eat something since I'd basically gotten an ulcer for having to starve too much.
"No.. please just take it away..." I said as I covered myself in bed refusing to even look up at him. "Hey.... Please... You just eat something...you are gonna fall sick again please you have to eat something..." He pestered. "Can't you just fucking leave me alone???" I blasted out at him.

"She's dead okay??? She's not coming back ever again! So get your ass back up and eat or else you're gonna end up just like her!" My brother spat out rudely as he exterminated every last glimpse of glee within me leaving me with utter devastation. "Hey Kyle that's enough! Just lemme talk to him and go to your room..." My mom said as she walked in looking extremely worried.

"Honey you are not well and the doctor said if you starve yourself again, it's only gonna make things worse... Please...for my sake..eat okay... Please baby... I'm begging you..." My mom said as I broke into tears. "Mom she's never coming back... She... she's never coming back to me again mom... My...my mosquito is gone... she's gone..." I spat out sobbing as my mother tearfully embraced me and patted my back encouragingly.

"Hey honey... it's gonna be okay... trust me. It gets better..." My mother assured as she somehow managed to get me to eat even though I couldn't eat much anyways since my stomach began to hurt immediately I took some few bites in.

I avoided school for weeks since my parents put me through full time therapy sessions as they discovered how serious my situation was getting. I practically barely talk to anyone and rarely get out of my room. I had stopped crying but my expressionless state was just worst than crying.

Already I was having some emotional outbursts until Lisa's demise and it just shattered everything. Everything is just not the same without her. I mean everyone had moved on without her and even her parents seemed to be doing better since they were basically using their family's unspeakable tragedy to win more votes.

Well at the end of the election, Mr Shelton won most of the votes and surprisingly, he chose my father to be his vice. My father was a bit heartbroken but at least, it's still one step away from presidency so he took his chances. My father and I didn't actually talk that much after the incidence at the police station the last time.
