I'm losing my patience.

As someone who grew up with three younger siblings, I have a great deal of patience. But this woman? This beautiful woman in front of me is pushing me to my limits.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that she's beautiful. Her long brown hair falls over her tailored suit, which hugs her curves in all the good places. She's tall, but despite the heels, she's not as tall as me and she has to look up a little.

She has full red lips, brown eyes, and a tiny nose. She almost looks adorable, but then there are those tattoos that stick out from under her suit. Not normal for someone in her position. I feel like if I called her adorable though, she'd jump over the table and hit me. With the rings on her hands, it would probably hurt quite a bit.

When I walked into this office, I didn't expect to find her here. I knew that Keller had two daughters, I looked into his past, but it didn't occur to me that he was naming one of them as his successor.

She was wild or at least her eyes were. She didn't look like someone anyone wanted to mess with.

But as she said, we have a problem. She has a hotel that I want, but she doesn't want to sell it. Voilà and we have a problem.

"I will double the price I gave your father." I would do it without hesitation and it would be worth it. Only from the photos you could see how luxurious the hotel really is. I didn't care how many millions I would have to pay for it.

"This is not a question of price, Mr. Acker. I am not selling my hotel, I stand by that."

I'm running out of patience. "Miss Keller..."

"Politely, and one last time, I'm going to ask you to leave." She cut me off, which pissed me off since the first time she did it. "I would hate to call security on you and have to escort you out of my office. I wish you a nice rest of the day, Mr. Acker, and a safe journey home."

I knew how to read people. And even though she was a bit harder to read, I deciphered what all this was about.

She is evidently tired because she is overworked. I can see all the papers she has thrown on the table and other full boxes by the windows. She's in over her head.

If I continued to fight her now, I would lose. I can admit that.

I relaxed my shoulders and let out a heavy breath, signaling that I was giving up. "Alright then." I straightened up and buttoned up my suit. "But this is not the end, Miss Keller."

"Yes, Mr. Acker, it is." She said harshly.

I have to say, this woman has balls.
