It's the end of march.

Today is my last show, I'm in Italy, final show before heading home in a few days. Leah thinks I'm coming home in a couple of weeks, I'm going straight to her game in Manchester. She has no idea, Amanda and David know, I told them 2 days ago. They are excited to see me, but I know Leah is going to love it.

Jason: "ready?"
Molly: "final show, let's do it."
I'm in my changing room. I get a text from Leah.

I put my phone down, everyone has left the room. This is the time I collect myself, before going on stage. I hear the floor boards creek but I don't even think about it. My eyes are closed, I'm focusing on my breathing before I feel something go into my neck. I open my eyes and see the figure of a man before everything goes blurry and then I black out.

TJs POV:

Jason: "she's taking longer than normal, is she okay?"
TJ: "she told me she was going to text Leah."
Jason: "okay."
TJ: "but even then, it's normally a quick message, I'll go knock."

I knock on her changing room door.
TJ: "mol?"
I knock again.
Nothing.
Michelle: "what's going on? She needs to be on stage in 2 minutes!"
TJ: "just wait, stay back."
I open the door slowly. Her room is empty.
Jason: "where is she? She can't get out any other way."
TJ: "Molly?!"
I hear one of the ceiling panels. I see it move shut. Then I smell him.
TJ: "Owen."
Jason: "huh?"
TJ: "I can smell him. He's here, he has her."
Jason: "FUCK!"

Everyone then goes into panic mode. Jason radios for more security, Michelle tells sound to make an announcement. I'm staying calm. I'm good at that in a crisis.
TJ: "he's in the ceiling with her."
Jason: "what? How?"
TJ: "that chair. It wasn't like that when I left the room, I heard the ceiling panel shut."
Jason: "TJ."
TJ: "yeah?"
Jason: "needle."
He points at a needle on the floor.
TJ: "call the police. Someone fucking call them now!"

I open the ceiling panel and look around. I can't see anything, but an open vent.
I jump down and run. I run quickly, faster than I have before. I push past people, J is following me with Michael and Wayne. I run outside to where the vent leads to. I see a car speeding off.
TJ: "FUCK!"
Wayne: "TJ."
I look at him.
He's holding her engagement ring.
I walk to him and take it from him. I put it in my pocket.
TJ: "get in the car."
I jump in the drivers seat and the boys get in.
I speed off, following the same direction he went in. I remember the reg. My photographic memory works well in these situations. J calls Michelle and tells her that the show needs to be cancelled. This is going to be a fucking nightmare.
Jason: "Leah."
TJ: "not yet."

I'm still driving, but I can't find him. I can't give up but there's no way I'll be able to find him. We update the police, the car colour and the reg plate. They get the whole force on it. Then the articles start coming in. Titles that make my stomach turn.
TJ: "now."
I call Leah. I need to tell her.

Leah's POV:

It's around 7pm, I'm sat with a few of the girls at mine and Mollys house. My stomach drops when I see TJ is calling me. I leave the room and answer.
TJ: "Leah."
Leah: "what's happened?"
TJ: "Owen, he erm, took her."
Leah: "wh-what do you mean took her?"
TJ: "he drugged her and erm I don't really kn-know how but he drove off."
Leah: "please tell me you found her."
TJ: "I'm sorry, I tried to catch up with his car but I couldn't."
Leah: "no, no."
I'm crying. TJ is crying, I can tell.
TJ: "I'm so sorry, I failed an-"
Leah: "ju-just find my girl, pl-please."
TJ: "I'm going to do everything I can."
Leah: "do her parents know?"
TJ: "Js on the phone with them now."
Leah: "ok-okay."
TJ: "I'll find her, okay? I promise you I'll find her."
Leah: "please, ju-just bring her home."
TJ: "I will."
