It's been one year since The Outbreak. One year since the Joker was killed. One year since the hope that Bruce would recover was destroyed. One year since Thomas's home and life was invaded by the people who abandoned him.
It's all he wanted, yet it doesn't feel like he thought it would. Thomas feels just as empty as he did before. Between all the work going into rebuilding Gotham into what it once was, and helping Wayne Enterprises recover, there's no time to reconcile with the others.
Instead, Thomas must prepare himself for a new threat. With a broken spirit, and a healing body, he must face his past and the sins of his name.
Will he be able to put aside their differences and work with his family?
Will he be able to save Gotham from an army unlike any he's ever seen?
