[T] he playground, nestled in the quiet corner of a neighbourhood, was deserted except for a few moths fluttering around the lampposts. You and Kenma sat side by side on swings, the gentle creaking of the chains a soothing rhythm in the stillness of the night. You both held cups of udon noodles in your hands, slurping quietly as you enjoyed the cool evening air.

You sighed contently, swinging gently back and forth. "This udon is so good," you gushed between mouthfuls, a satisfied smile spreading across your face.

Kenma smiled softly before taking another sip of his own noodles. "Yeah, it's nice," he agreed, his gaze lingering on his now half empty cup as his hands fiddled anxiously. It was getting late and the date was quickly drawing to an end, he needed to build up his courage, and fast.

"Still can't believe you're a whole ass CEO on top of having a million subscribers," you mused while stirring your cup with your chopsticks, your voice tinged with admiration.

Kenma chuckled softly, not swaying on his swing as much as you were. "It's a lot, but I manage," he replied honestly before deciding to set the stage to execute his question. "Actually... I've been thinking about buying a house soon. Staying in the penthouse has been convenient, but I think I'm gonna need more space." He murmured. The only reason he had settled on it before, was because he lived alone and didn't need all the unnecessary space that came with getting a house. Then again, he could've just gotten a smaller house, but why would he do that?
