[K]uroo sat comfortably in the driver's seat of his sleek black SUV the following morning, his hand casually resting on the steering wheel. The cityscape blurred past as he drove through Tokyo's bustling streets. The car's interior was modern and meticulously clean, reflecting his organised nature. The dashboard display showed an active call with Kenma, connected through the car's Bluetooth system.

"Hey, Kenma," Kuroo began, a teasing lilt in his voice. "Guess what I'm doing right now?"

Kenma's voice came through the car's speakers, clear but groggy. "What, Kuro? It's too early for this."

Kuroo chuckled, glancing briefly at the dashboard before focusing back on the road. "Driving, obviously. I thought you'd appreciate a call to start your day."

Kenma sighed, clearly not amused. "Yeah, because being woken up by you is exactly what I needed."

"Come on, Kenma. Don't be such a dick in the mud. How's Y/n holding up, by the way?" The man asked, his tone shifting to concern.

Kenma's voice softened slightly. "She's doing okay. I mean, she's still a little shaken up, but she's definitely a lot better. Still against reporting it though. I don't think she's changing her mind on that any time soon. Also...it's 'stick' in the mud, Kuro."

Kuroo nodded, though Kenma couldn't see it. He tightened his grip on the steering wheel with his left hand while his right hand hovered over the buttons on the centre console, adjusting the air conditioning. "That's good. She's strong, but it's important that we're there for her too. And maybe she just knows better than to report it. Also... I decide on my own dictionary, Kenma."
