Chapter 6

"Ken, what's wrong?" - she asked, still following me.

"Stop calling me like that." - naiirita na naman ako.

"Are you mad that you got caught with me in public?" - she asked again, grabbing my arm. "I can cover---"

"Nangyari na. Hayaan mo nalang."

Tinanggal ko ang pagkakahawak nya sa braso ko at pumasok na ng tuluyan sa bahay. Dumiretso kaagad ako sa kwarto at binagsak sa kama ang katawan ko. Tumitig ako sa kisame ng ilang minuto at napatakip nalang sa mukha ko.

Viral na nandun sya, for sure kakalat din ang litrato na kasama ako at kung pano kami mag usap. Pati yung paghalik nya sa pisnge ko? Kuhang kuha din yon sa cctv.

Tinurn off ko nalang ang phone ko at bumangon para mag bihis. Saktong pag tanggal ko ng tshirt ko ay sya din pag bukas ng pinto ng kwarto ko.

"Oops! I'm  sorry?" - she said and turn away very quick. 

My expression didn't change because I'm not totally naked. I have my sports bra on. I just hang my shirt over my shoulder and put my hands on my waist. 

"You really love barging here, huh? What do you want?" - I lazily asked. 

Lumingon sya ng kaunti para sumilip at ng makita ang ayos ko ay tuluyan na ulit syang humarap sa akin. 

"I just want to inform you that I'm leaving. My management called and was asking me to go into the company today."

My eyes dropped on her body, and she's now wearing a blue women's suit. The neckline is very low. I hate it, but she looks so good and confident wearing it, so I'll just shut up. 

"Okay" 

"That's it?" 

"Yeah?" - I weirdly asked because I don't know what's wrong with my answer. 

She steps forward and glances at her wristwatch. Her brows furrowed as well as her lips twitch. 

"I might go home late."

"Okay"

She scoffs and crosses her arms. "Seriously? Is the word okay the only word you know to say?" 

I breathe out and sit back on my bed. Now I'm looking up to her. 

"What do you want to hear from me?" 

"Take care, Quinn! Come on! Don't you have any sweetness in you?" 

Natawa ako pero pilit lang, "Ano bang bago? E kahit nuon pa man umaalis ka at umuuwi kung kailan mo gusto. Minsan nga nagugulat pa ako na nandito ka na pala ulit sa pinas."

I bite my own tongue after bursting out like that. Shit! What the hell, Kenny?!

My cheeks felt hot, and I saw how her soft expression turned into a passive one, like she heard something she didn't like.

"You talked a lot," - she said, sighing and unfolding her arms. "Whatever! I'm leaving."

She turns around, flips her hair, and walks out like she's on the runway. I closed my eyes at the same time the door was closed with force.

Great! She's mad, but I don't care.

Kunot noo na tiningnan ko ang dalawa kong kaibigan na kanina pa nakatitig sa akin tapos magbubulungan.

Hawak ni Kylie ang phone nya tapos iiling iling sa kung ano man ang binubulong ni Evren sa kanya.

So far simula nung pumasok ako wala pako na encounter na weird things mula sa mga kapwa ko students except sa dalawang unggoy na ito sa harapan ko.
