Deep in my mind, where emotions reside,
I find the courage to face the battles inside.
For I am a man, with a heart that can ache,
Navigating the complexities, for my mental health's sake.

In a world that often expects strength to be shown,
I've learned that vulnerability is where true strength is sown.
For it takes courage to ask for help, to admit when I'm weak,
To release the burden that weighs heavy, to seek the solace I seek.

I've walked through the shadows, where darkness resides,
But I refuse to let it define or confine me inside.
For I am a warrior, fighting battles unseen,
With resilience and determination, as my armor and beam.

It's not weakness to shed tears, to let emotions flow,
To acknowledge the struggles that I face, and the highs and lows.
For strength lies in the willingness to face my own fears,
To confront the demons within, and wipe away my tears.

I've learned to embrace self-care, to nurture my soul,
To prioritize mental well-being, to make myself whole.
For it's in the moments of self-reflection and grace,
That I find the strength to rise, at my own pace.

I stand here today, a testament to resilience and might,
A reminder that strength comes in different shades of light.
For mental health knows no boundaries or gender,
And together, we can break the stigma, surrender.

So let us stand tall, united as one,
Supporting each other, until the battles are won.
For in our vulnerability, we find the power to heal,
To rewrite the narrative, and let our strength reveal.

I am strong, not in spite of my struggles, but because of them,
A testament to resilience, a triumphant anthem.
And as I navigate the journey of mental health's terrain,
I'll continue to rise, with strength that shall never wane.
