Just when Aarohi thought all hope was lost, the man whispered, "Aaj kaise bachogi".
At the sound of his voice, Aarohi froze. She recognized that voice. It was Vansh.
"How beautiful you are, Aarohi. Your bastard husband doesn't realize your true worth."
Aarohi's eyes welled up with tears at his cruel words. Vansh continued, "You know, I even tried to kill him once. But that bastard survived the accident"
Aarohi was shocked to her core. Vansh, had tried to kill him. And now he was here, admitting it to her face.
She tried to punch him in anger, but Vansh easily dodged her blows. He picked her up effortlessly and started carrying her towards his room, while Aarohi continued to struggle for help.
But when he saw Aarohi was wiggling so much then he put her down.
Aarohi's heart raced as Vansh pinned her against the wall.
She felt trapped and scared, unable to move or speak as he leaned in towards her, his hand closing over her mouth to silence her cries.
Tears streamed down Aarohi's face as Vansh's lips touched her neck, leaving a trail of unwanted kisses that made her skin crawl.
She closed her eyes, feeling utterly helpless and vulnerable in that moment.
But just as Vansh seemed to be getting more aggressive, a sudden force pulled him away from her, causing him to fall to the ground with a thud.
Aarohi's eyes widened in shock as she saw a figure standing over Vansh, their hands gripping his shirt tightly.
It was Vardaan!!!
_________
Vardaan woke up in the middle of the night, feeling a rumble in his stomach.
He reached over to find Aarohi, but she was not beside him.
He sat up and looked around the dark room, wondering where she could be. Suddenly, he remembered that she often liked to sit on the balcony.
As he passed by the gallery, he noticed a shadow flickering on the wall.
Curious, he peered through the doorway and saw the silhouette of two people close together.
At first, Vardaan assumed it was just his brother and his wife spending some intimate time together.
He whispered,"ye sab kamre me karo"
He was about to turn away when he heard the sound of hisses and whispers.
Something about the situation seemed off to him, and he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that settled in his stomach.
His curiosity piqued, Vardaan moved closer to get a better look. As he got closer, he noticed that the woman in the shadows was wearing Aarohi's dress.
