One day, Siya was gazing at her reflection in the mirror, feeling a little self-conscious. She murmured to herself,
"If I, as a doctor, think like this, then things are really going south."
Trying to shake off her worries, she headed to the kitchen and grabbed a tub of chocolate ice cream.
As she ate, the flavor seemed dull. Her eyes then landed on the tomato ketchup, and a sudden spark of curiosity lit up her face.
She took the ketchup bottle and the ice cream back to her room.
There, she served the ice cream and drizzled some ketchup over it, experimenting with this unusual combination.
To her surprise, the odd mix turned out to be delightful a strange but pleasant new flavor.
Her pregnancy cravings were indeed unconventional, and Rakshit couldn't help but tease her about her bizarre food choices.
Rakshit walked into the room, his heart warming at the sight of Siya sitting on the sofa.
He approached her from behind, wrapping his arms around her gently.
"What are you eating?" he asked with a smile, expecting her to turn and greet him with the same warmth.
But instead, Siya snapped, "Dikh nahi raha kya?"
Her sharp tone startled him.
For a moment, he wondered if he had done something wrong, but then he remembered her pregnancy.
He’d heard that mood swings were common, so he tried to brush it off as a side effect of the hormones.
But then, his gaze fell on her hands, and his stomach churned.
In one hand, she held a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and in the other, a bottle of tomato ketchup, the two being mixed in a weird combination.
Rakshit fought the urge to gag but kept a straight face, trying to be supportive.
Before he could fully process what he was seeing, Siya dropped the next bombshell.
"Baby, try this!" she said, her eyes wide with excitement.
His eyes widened in horror, but he quickly masked it, not wanting to upset her.
"Baby, aaj nahi... phir kabhi," he replied, trying to sound nonchalant. But Siya’s face fell into a pout, her eyes brimming with unshed tears.
