One Guess Left

Amanda and her family take in the ornament collection, but their main concern right now is looking for Andrew, who they've been told is standing perfectly still. "Andrew!" Called Odette. No response. Paul turns a corner to see if Andrew is on the other side of the room. "Andrew?" Said Paul. "Guys, I found him! He's over here!" Said Derek. The others follow him to where Andrew is standing. His eyes are closed, his arms are at his side, but he opens them as he hears footsteps.

"Andrew, what's the matter? Why are you standing like that?" Derek asked. "Shh. It was my way of getting you in here. Pretend that you're helping me out anyway. I have an idea that may save us. I have one guess left, and if I guess incorrectly, you can watch and see what I've changed into." Said Andrew. "What a good idea!" Paul said. 

Though he's hopeful, Andrew doesn't smile back. "My brain must be damaged, because I'm having difficulty guessing." He said. "Oh, Andrew." Said Amanda sadly. She gives him a comforting hug, but when they release, a tear falls from Andrew's eye. "Don't cry." Said Paul. He pulls a handkerchief out of his pocket and wipes the tear away.

Feeling his confidence return, Andrew gives a weak smile then approaches the nearest object before facing Amanda's group. "Ready?" He asked. The four royals nod, then Andrew touches a small goblet. "Dreamvale." He said. The biggest thunderclap of all occurs, and when it finally fades out, Andrew has disappeared. "Andrew." Odette said sadly. "He's gone." Said Derek. "What do we do now?" Amanda asked.

Abigor's Lair

"Amanda Swan-McCartney... you and your family are all that's left." Said Abigor. Nearby, Deidamia and her harpy army have finally arrived. "Stop!" She yelled. The evil princess approaches the face in the wall, who gives her a suspicious look. "Open up! Tell him it's important!" Said Deidamia.

Ornament Collection

So far, Paul and Derek have used up their first two guesses. But instead of wasting their last one, they let the girls take over. Odette has used up her first, and she approaches the next object she sees. "Dreamvale." She said. Another rumbling sound occurs, and Odette feels her body trembling as she knows she has one guess left.

Abigor's Lair

Deidamia approaches the king. "Kneel." Abigor said. The wicked princess does what she's told. "Lower." Said Abigor. Deidamia kneels lower as she was ordered. "Lower!!" Abigor said again. But the evil king starts laughing, which indicated he's kidding.

Ornament Collection

Being the last hope of her family, Amanda has two more guesses. She approaches the next object she could find and touches it. "Dreamvale." She said. The rumbling comes back. "This is it, we all have one guess left." Derek said.
